Das Personal war an dem Tag anscheinend überfordert und es mangelte an Information, Kommunikation.
Pros:

Lage an der Lahn sehr schön, Ausstattung der Suite gediegen.

Cons:

Die Lage der Suite (nicht gebucht), sondern vom Haus initiiert hatte zwar eine spektakuläre Aussicht, war aber durch das Kraftwerk im Unterbau EXTREM laut und störend.
Das Innenliegende Bad hatte ein Fenster zum Essplatz hin - zum Lüften? Zum Zuschauen?

Hotel is mooi maar kamer valt tegen.
Pros:

Hotel ziet er mooi uit. Mooie ligging. Restaurant was goed. Aardige bediening.

Cons:

Dakraam boven het bed had geen hor, gordijn of verduistering. Dus vroeg in de ochtend wakker van het zonlicht. Bloedheet in de kamer maar als je het dakraam open doet, valt de regen op je in het bed. Bij de stopcontacten achter het bed moet je eerst door de spinnenwebben heen. Ontbijt was eenvoudig.
