Un hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Venise
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Venise, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. Grâce à son emplacement central, il est facile de parcourir la ville à pied et de profiter pleinement de son atmosphère unique.

Location .
Historical building .
Spacious room .
Sparkling clean.
Quality bed linen and towels.

Cons:

For one night it was ok, but the external bathroom is not adjacent to the room.
It is a private,spacious ,immaculate bathroom,but located on the other side of the lobby corridor and you have to go through the Reception every time you need it.
It can be very inconvenient.

Un charmant hôtel pittoresque à Venise
Pros:

À mon avis, l'emplacement était idéal, légèrement en retrait du centre très touristique (Saint-Marc), à vingt minutes à pied et à moins de dix minutes des bateaux-bus.
Sur la place de l'hôtel, on trouve de nombreux bars et restaurants de qualité.
La chambre était très propre, très confortable et spacieuse.
Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pittoresque.

Cons:

La chambre, bien que n'étant pas dramatique, manquait un peu de luminosité, probablement en raison de la proximité des bâtiments, ce qui semble être une situation courante à Venise.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, l'offre sucrée était très complète. Cependant, ma préférence allant vers le salé, j'ai trouvé le choix moins varié.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. alles in allem sehr schön.
Der Nachteil war, dass es auf den Campo Santa Margherita hinausging. Es war Abends sehr laut und am Morgen früh kam schon der Fischmarkt.
Darauf wurde aber an der Reception hingewiesen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war ein wenig eng, ansonsten war das Frühstück ok, wenn auch nicht überragend.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war es eine bescheidene Auswahl, aber wenn man bedenkt, was man zu Hause isst, absolut in Ordnung.

La propreté le la chambre un peu léger ( j’ai retrouvé une chaussette sous l’armoire qui était là déjà depuis un moment)

First..outstanding front desk people..kind helpful and even gave us her umbrella for the day. Second loved the room..spacious with big balcony and quiet. Third location was great..easy walk to all attractions train station and boats. Many restaurants grocery stores etc in the immediate vicinity
