A small very boutique hotel.

Cons:

For the price of the stay, it was expected that at least you would have complimentary water in the room and milk for coffee/ tea. Unfortunately there were only 2 small bottles of water costing 1.50 Euros each. It isn’t the amount of money but the gesture of having to pay for this basic item after paying 350 Euros a night!!!! This I found rather too much penny pinching for this standard of hotel. Should have a complimentary fridge for water/ milk and more than 2 sachets of instant coffee per room!!

This was our third year in a row staying here. The location is amazing inside the city and the staff were all very accommodating and looked after us. The breakfast was a very wide variety of items. We would highly recommend staying here when in Siena.

Ein Hoteljuwel in Toplage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen an der Rezeption und beim (Top)-Frühstück.
Tolles Gebäude, dessen Charakter gelungen erhalten und trotzdem modern ergänz wurde.
Die Lage ist direkt neben der Haupt-Einkaufsstraße mit toller Erreichbarkeit aller Orte in der Stadt - damit aber auch lauter Straßenlärm.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Sanitärbereich des Zimmers könnte besser sein.
