Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Delhi. Muy bien la habitación: limpieza, camas, baño, aire acondicionado. Muy bueno el desayuno si uno no pretende desayunar al estilo occidental, si quiere eso es algo limitado. Bien la internet, aunque me funcionó sólo en el celular.

Cons:

Fuera de la habitación, el hotel está un poco venido a menos. Mejora al entrar a la habitación. No pude tener internet en el notebook, simplemente no funcionó. Al salir del hotel el entorno es bastante feo y sucio, pero eso es el 99% de Delhi, supongo.

Great Location, big property but needs a serious overhaul
Pros:

Location: Great, Breakfast- very limited choice for vegetarians but ok. Room size big. Bed was clean. Aircon working well.

Cons:

Staff very rude and demanding TIPs. Rundown property. Needs a serious overhaul. Bathroom many equipment not functioning. Hot water was not available in some of the rooms even though we called the housekeeping. TV very difficult to operate. Restaurant for dinner had just 1 option for vegetarians. They charged fee to keep my luggage at concierge.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet. I utgangspunktet er flott bygg, men det er dårlig vedlikeholdt. De ansatte (bortsett var respesjonistene) var stort sett hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Rommene, og spesielt badene, trenger en oppussing. Respsjonistene gjerne kunne vært mer imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Vi var en familie som hadde fire rom, og flere av oss fikk beskjed om å bytte rom midt i oppholdet pga. tekniske problemer på rommene.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was not up to expectations considering the price charged. The window handle was loose, and the cloth hanging hooks in the bathroom were broken, which affected the overall comfort and convenience.

Additionally, one of the reception staff members was not welcoming and did not provide proper information even when asked politely. Better customer service and maintenance would greatly improve the guest experience.

I hope you will look into these issues and make the necessary improvements.

Very simple meals, oldschool furniture, too soft mattress and I thought that the swimming pool is private just for hotel guests but it's public so full of kids..
