Pros:

The staff were very friendly and inviting. A special mention of staff member Artana on floor 3. He was excellent in his duties friendly and went above and beyond to help and advise people. You should be proud to have him as a member of your team. Facilities and location was perfect

My friends & I had a really great holiday. The pool was lovely, the food & service was great too.
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS "ORDINARY" The rooms were nice, there was a lot of traffic noise. This is the only negative thing about this hotel. For the price, it was really good value. The staff & the service was fabulous

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic noise.... double glazing could work

Honestly really impressed with the friendlyness, the location and everything else!
Pros:

It was really nice and simple. Not complicated at all like some other hotels or villas. Solia is in a great location!

Pros:

Excellent value for money staff were always friendly and accommodating. Excellent location if you like the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas loads of restaurants and bar within walking distance. Not for those who want a quiet getaway the whole area is always loud but manageable with the doors and windows closed. The aircon was super cold in the room much needed in Bali.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff were able to assist in organising a birthday surprise at short notice. Very impressed with the service.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the noise from the road at night. The traffic noise was awful at times.
Occasionally some guests made excess noise and yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night.

Had the "no room service needed today" sign on the door as was having a sleep in after a bug night, the reception then ring the phone in the room waking me up just to ask if we wanted room services at all, read the sign.
