Staff were absolutely wonderful. Pool downstairs was always open & cleaned . Location is perfect 🤩
It would be good if you could get better tv channels in the room . Maybe Netflix or some more interesting channels.
Overall great stay and location. Restaurants down stairs cook amazing foods. And I also when get Massages too. Amazing 👏 truly friendly services. I will come back for sure.
Small thing is the sound of the street at 2 am motor bikes but the hotel give you ear plugs. And the gym kinda disappointed not clean small. Overall I like my stay .l

The shower didn’t drain properly in our room and we flooded the bathroom a couple of times
It is close to everything in Legian.
It’s on a major toad and every sliding door has a 1cm gap-I know this because we changed rooms and the new room had the same. I had to ho yo reception and request a change of rooms as I was facing the road. They were very accommodating and said that is there main challenge with guests is the road traffic. Trucks, bikes you name it zoom past at all hours making sleep very difficult. I’ve stayed in Bali over 20 times and never had a hotel supply ear plugs in bathroom/ now I know why. Breakfast well and truly below average and not worth it. It got good reviews which is why I choose it , but fo yourself a favour there is much better out there. Sleep is importsnt!
Zwembad was goed. Daarnaast is de locatie van het hotel uitstekend. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam.
De kamer is flink verouderd en zaken zoals de kraan moeten echt dringend vervangen worden. Het ontbijt zag er in eerste instantie veelbelovend uit, maar het eten smaakte helemaal nergens naar en er was geen fatsoenlijk beleg te bekennen. Tot slot duurde het uitchecken onnodig lang.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bed was so comfortable, which made for a really relaxing stay.
The only thing that wasn't quite as expected was the bathroom. We found it difficult to get the overhead shower working, and the handheld shower was really the only one we could use. We didn't mention it to the staff during our stay and just worked with what we had.
Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here too!
