vengo al menos una vez al año
Pros:

Suelo venir aqui una vez al año al menos cuando visito Carrillo. Me gusta todo de este lugar , la ubicación, las habitaciones, el personal super ameno, el restaurante que tienen ahí mismo muy rico ( la reserva incluía desayuno tambien) . La ubicación y relación precio calidad es genial.
La cama muy cómoda y la habitación linda y completa.
Highlight: siempre el servicio del personal tanto del restaurante como la recepción.

Cons:

suelo quedarme en las cabinas sencillas ( principalmente por la privacidad)
Me hicieron un upgrade a otra cabina (mas linda , mas grande ) agradezco el upgrade y la iniciativa que tuvieron.
Sin embargo queda al frente de la piscina; por lo que la privacidad era mucho menor a la que deseaba, y en la noche - tarde - habían personas que no paraban de hablar fuerte (ahí en la piscina - al frente de la habitación) , por lo cual me costó dormirme al inicio. * claro que esto último esto depende y varía mucho según los huéspedes que estén también , no tanto del hotel*

Super a gusto
Pros:

La piscina, la habitacion, super comoda y tenia frigo y cocina, que tras unos dias la verdad que se agradece. El personal muy atento y muy majos. La playa Carrillo espectacular.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, de no haber tenido todas las reservas hechas, hubieramos alargado un dia mas la estancia..

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and the place itself is beautiful. There are two large pools that are really nice, especially at night with the color-changing lights that create a great atmosphere. The room was clean, and the A/C worked perfectly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Our room was well equipped, but it did not include basic cooking essentials like salt or oil. While not required, these are small touches that are often available in accommodations with a kitchen. Also, the kitchen sink leaked a little.
