In room 420, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the pipes in the sink upon entering. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner left much to be desired. My hair was impossible to comb. The iron and ironing board were outdated. Higher-end hotels now use steam irons.

Honestly one of the best hotels, the room is spacious and amazing. The staff were great specially IOANNA from reception and Marina from the concierge team. They helped us a lot in planning our stay and in any resturant/ beach booking. There is a free shuttle all night to the old town which was really helpful.
