Pros:

The pool and the view was nice

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at Cavo Tagoo was very disappointing, especially considering the extremely high price.

We paid around £2,000 per night, and the experience was nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel at this level. The music was extremely loud and could be heard clearly inside our room until late at night, making it very difficult to relax or sleep.

Even worse, we found ants and other bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging this amount per night. The mattress and bed were also very uncomfortable, so overall the quality of sleep was terrible.

The service was disappointing as well and did not feel attentive or luxurious.

Cavo Tagoo may look beautiful in photos and on social media, but based on our experience, it is absolutely not worth £2,000 per night. At this price point, I expected exceptional comfort, cleanliness and service, and unfortunately we received none of those.
