Great staff and location
Pros:

The staff was kind—all of them. I especially remember Esteban; he was welcoming and made us feel at home while we waited for our train. The location is next to Zurich Main Station and also close to the bus station. The room was comfy, and we even got a fan.

Cons:

The lobby was hot.

Hotel bien ubicado, bonito, bien decorado y muy limpio.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel tiene portería casi todo el tiempo pasa sola y no hay a quien preguntarle algo o pedirle ayuda en caso de necesitarlo.
El desayuno no es bueno.

A very good stay in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is close to Zurich HBF (5 min walk) and tram stops even closer, and in a nice location on a side street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and a good price for such a great location.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning (which I wasn’t expecting anyway), but a quieter fan would be nice.

So much street noise hard to sleep
Pros:

It was clean and convenient.

Cons:

There was a ton of street noise from surrounding restaurants and construction. The room was not quiet at all until 11 pm or midnight and then it started up again in the early morning

Nice room in a great location for a fair price.
Pros:

Location was amazing...minutes away from the train station and bus station and minutes away from the Old Town and right in the middle of tons of shopping and restaurants. I felt safe even while walking at night. Room was tiny but clean and nicely appointed. High quality linens and shampoos, etc. We had two minor issues (light bulb out in bathroom and safe not working) but management fixed the issues immediately and gave us free drinks/cookies at the bar downstairs to compensate for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfy and convenient
Pros:

They gave us a lovely room. Had everything you’d need, even cotton pads in bathroom to clean your face. Location was perfect so close to the train station. Room was clean and quite didn’t hear any noise even tho your right in the city. Man at reception was lovely and helpful.

Great location and hosts . Not comfortable for senior citizens
Pros:

View of mountains and lake was exceptional. A very courteous and friendly behaviour of owners, Dan and Linda , had a soothing effect

Cons:

Rooms on 2nd floor . Carrying the bags from.ground floor is a challenge for senior citizens
Dinner not available .
Shortage of support staff . Only one female staff who we found very rude and not trained for hospitality industry

The location of the hotel was great as it was only a short distance from our arrival at the train station. We had a warm welcome and a complimentary beer which was very refreshing after a long day of travelling. However we were not impressed with our room. We were sited right at the top of the hotel Room 62, which was one storey too high for the lift. A member of staff carried our suitcases up the very steep flight of stairs, but no such help was available on our departure. My husband is awaiting a hip replacement and so the stairs were difficult at any time. The air-conditioning worked but rattled so loudly that we had to turn it off. Someone had ob
