Great hotel, great location, great staff
Pros:

The helpfullness and enthusiasm of the staff. Everyone was so lovely to us. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade and the room was absolutely splendid. The photos online are realistic. What you see is what you get.

Bitzaro is a beautiful hotel with great food and lovely staff. We have stayed here 4 times and will return again

This stay was as good as others we have experienced here, so much that we booked for next year befor

Overall very good standards, all staff very friendly and bar service very quick. Good variety of food and well presented

Cons:

Fitness suite is in urgent need of attention, many pieces of equipment unusable/ unsafe as pieces missing from pedals, rowing machine unsafe and only one treadmill operational.

Warto odwiedzić to miejsce!
Pros:

Pokój był świetny. Podróżowaliśmy z ok 1,5 rocznym dzieckiem. Podłoga była przyjemnie chłodna, nie lodowata, więc dobrze pod względem chodzenia boso i raczkowania ;) świetny pomysł z oddzielną sypialnią na piętrze - to pozwoliło utrzymać miejsce do wypoczynku w porządku, a cały rozgardiasz odbywał się na dole. Pokój sprzątany codziennie i dokładnie - myta podłoga, toaleta, a co 2 dni wymieniana pościel i ręczniki. Jedzenie również było bardzo dobre. Codziennie na obiad i kolacje inne dania i duży wybór. Dania i napoje w barze przy basenie równie smaczne. Sam basen duży, czysty, leżaki i materace również czyste i wygodne. Blisko do piaszczystej plaży - kilka minut spacerem. Na co dzień mieszkamy niedaleko lotniska, więc jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do dźwięku samolotów, jednak hotel jest na tyle blisko lotniska, że huk startujących samolotów nas nieźle zaskoczył :) można się przyzwyczaić, w nocy jest cisza.

Jedynie na śniadaniu brakowało mi świeżych owoców

Cons:

Entertainment wasn’t great. Could do with some more evening entertainments and good music to dance too. Wasn’t sure if the spa was open ?

The best !!
Pros:

very good food, very good housekeeping, the ladies who cleaned my room 326 throughout the stay, did a very good job, excellent cleaning, very good reception, the people at the restaurant as well, the people at the bar, super staff!! we are very happy

We chose it based on TripAdvisor/Booking/Google review and it turned out even better then expected
Pros:

Amazing food - especially dinners, comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended if you are first time on Zakynthos. Lots of stores and restaurants around. With car very close and convenient access to best beaches on the island

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, very clean. Food was of great quality. Really good value for money. Good live music on some nights. Nice balcony with each room. Not too far from the beach, too, close to the Kalamaki strip as well.

Cons:

Rooms were on the small side but well-equipped. Bathroom wasn't very private if you're not a couple - the bathroom and shower are exposed, and directly opposite a mirror, only the toilet is private. Dinner could be hit-or-miss in terms of what was available, but that was to be expected. Sunbeds get taken up very early, which can be frustrating.

Visiting friends there like every year, I would never go to another hotel at Zakynthosl !!
Pros:

It was my 3rd stay there and not my last !
Thanks again to all the friendly personnel there, nothing is too much to ask if you have specific questions.

très beau et agréable mais peut facilement s'améliorer
Pros:

les transats étaient très confortable. Nous avons pu faire un late check out gratuitement. le cadre était joli et la chambre aussi. De quoi manger presque toute la journée. très confortable. Personnel gentil. Petits produits offerts et nettoyage fait tous les jours.

Cons:

La clim n'était pas activée car trop tôt dans la saison. pas d'animation. Manque de fruits en libre accès, et plateaux fruits au repas peu rempli. Le matin que des fruits en sirop. Piscine un très froide début mai.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel. All areas spotlessly clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms very well presented with all amenities. Very comfortable beds. Good selection of drinks available. Great choice of high quality food. Overall very impressed and will definitely return again in the future.

Vacances chill
Pros:

Le personnel était bienveillant, à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue.
La restauration était diversifiée. Petit bémol mais je pense lié au début de la saison , pas d'animation.
La chambre était propre et le passage journalier du service nettoyage.

Cons:

Malheureusement les piscines étaient froides ( non chauffées)
