A wonderful hotel. It's spotless at all times; I've never seen a team work so hard to keep everything perfect. You'd get up from your table and by the time you turned around, it was already clean.
The food is excellent, and the chef was always checking that everything was just right. The waiting staff are fantastic, with special thanks to Arsa and her sister, who were incredibly kind. Thanks also to John, the night receptionist, who was lovely and always helpful, and to Sergio, the evening waiter, who never stopped smiling.
The bathroom toiletries, like the shower gel and shampoo, are excellent quality.
I have no complaints at all. One small suggestion would be adding Netflix or something similar to the TV. And a heads-up for anyone allergic to wasps: there are quite a few around, so take precautions.
All in all, an exceptional stay. I can't wait to come back!
This is a beautiful hotel, the staff is helpful and we even got an upgrade and they did a special surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Great location and close to the beach.

The cleanliness. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The quality and variety of the food. The comfortable beds. The proximity to the beautiful Kalamaki beach. Honestly the best 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in. I am coeliac and the variety of gluten free food available was incredible. It was clearly identified so no danger of confusion.
All inclusive is incredible value for money.

Very friendly staff and excellent food. The choice was amazing and it was great to see local
specialties on the menu. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony. I read somewhere that water was not provided but this isn’t the case. Bottled water was replenished daily in the fridge. The whole hotel was very clean and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay. An absolute bargain.

The food was fantastic, from breakfast all the way through dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a split level suite which was spacious and had a great night peaceful sleep each night. The staff here are exceptional, all of them..
If I have to find one thing I would change, it would be to have more no sugar/diet drinks eg.7up, sprite, fanta on offer, as only had pepsi max available.
