Amazing stay and GREAT value for money.
Pros:

The room is good, the staff is very welcoming and supportive specially Adam and Islam.
The check in and check out were smooth.
The room condition, the bathroom and AC were more than enough for us to feel comfortable.

I will stay there again next time.

Die Lage,sehr zentral!

Cons:

Zimmer im 2.Stock. Leider kann man auf dem Balkon nicht sitzen, oder in irgendeiner Weise benutzen da er viel zu klein ist. Zudem hat man eine extreme
Sicht Einschränkung. Man konnte quasi nur nach vorne und unten schauen.
Sehr enttäuschend, da Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Istikal Cadessi angeboten werden.

Im Zimmer selbst viele Dinge Reparatur dürftig. In die Jahre gekommen.
Z.B. musste man im Bad aufpassen, dass man beim duschen nicht die ganze Duscharmatur in der Hand hatte.
In die Badewanne wollte man nicht sitzen, da sie sehr ungepflegt aussah. Des Weiteren blieben die Schubladen nicht zu. Ein neuer Wasserkocher wäre auch angebracht gewesen…..

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es war egal um welche Zeit immer jemand am Empfang erreichbar.

Cons:

Es war manchmal laut aber in der Toplage mitten in Taksim muss man damit rechnen.

Pros:

Warm, friendly ataffs made me feel I'm with my family at home.
Location is greate, few staps away from Taksim Meydan metro station. There are tens of traditional Turkish, medle eastern and meditranian food and cafe. Also there are many Suvenir shops.

Cons:

Shower needs maintenance.

Hotelul este foarte bun, locația este ultra centrala. Micul dejun superb. Băieții de la recepție au fost foarte atenți la toate detaliile. Au avut grijă de sejurul nostru. Mulțumesc frumos pentru tot. Neaparat mai revin la acest hotel.
