Important information:

Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.

Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.

Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Cons:

The bathroom had an integrated/open layout, which made it quite uncomfortable to use, particularly while taking a shower. Additionally, breakfast was served in a different building, which was inconvenient for guests.

Furthermore, the interior of the property did not reflect the standards or ambiance typically expected from a hotel. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not justify the price paid. It was not good value for money, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to others.

La posizione a 5 mijuti di cammino dall'Hyde Park ed ottimamente collegata alle principali attrazioni londinesi grazie alle vicijissime stazioni della metro

Cons:

Colazione, prevalentemente tipica londinese con wurstel, uova, bacon, fagioli, ecc...Per gli amanti del dolxe, solo briosce confezionate e piccoli cornetti di mediocre fattura. Disponibile comunque marmellata e nutella.

Stanze piccole con bagni davvero minuscoli! Mancanza di mobili per appoggiare valigie o per disfarle.

No hot water is unacceptable and no offer of compensation.

Good location. Room was clean and breakfast good.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower on the 2nd day. The staff said it had to be reset but there was only one person who could do this. Unfortunately that person wasn’t there. Person was on there way and would be there soon. However the reset would take 30 minutes after they arrived. No other facilities were available. We were in a hurry to get our train so this was very inconvenient.

Classy little hotel, reasonably priced
Pros:

Very comfortable room, tastefully decorated. Good breakfast.
Nice touch to have a free drink at the linked pub, just down the road, the Sussex Arms.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing. It's the best breakfast from a budget hotel. The location is good, too. It's very close to Paddington station.

Schlechtes Hotel in super Lage

Das Frühstück war okay, das Personal dort super freundlich.
Und ansonsten: Lage Lage Lage!!

Cons:

Das (zugegeben sehr große) Zimmer war ziemlich runtergerockt, Laminat kaputt, das Bad sehr eng und gammelig. Die Klimaanlage lief auf minimalster Leistung, was sehr ungünstig war an einem außergewöhnlich heißen Wochenende. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen.
Die Betten waren die unbequemsten, in denen wir je geschlafen haben.
Arrogante Rezeptionisten runden das negative Bild ab...
