Pros:

We got into our room, wanted to watch the FIFA final, couldn't get the TV to work. Called the front desk, they sent staff to help. He couldn't either, so they moved us to another room. Very pleased, got to watch the final! They were friendly and accommodating. Thank you

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay there again
Pros:

Location was perfect for the location I needed to go to each day. The staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. There was a full fridge, microwave and disconnected 2 top burner. I wasn't expecting having the full fridge which came in handy. There were no silverware, plates or bowls. It was nice that housekeeping was provided upon request. The facility was quiet and had plenty of lighted parking.

Lovely evening
Pros:

We were in the bottom floor, our stay was great! Nice clean room! Loved our check in guy, set us up next to a door we could park the car, so much easier with all the kids. Thank you so much for the stay!

I’ll try a different hotel next time I’m in Anchorage.

‼️ ⚠️ Aspen hotels vary!
I had a wonderful experience at the Aspen Hotel in HAINES, so I booked a room here and found out this chain DOES NOT adhere to the same standards from Town to town.
Laundry: We’re on the road a lot so we used the laundry in Haines and it was spotless and all the machines worked.
At this hotel most of the machines had laminated signs on them that said they were out of order and the one I did use had water leaking out by the end of the cycle.
Worse yet the lint screens of some dryers had caked on dirt and all of the em needed a deep clean.
The vending machine was also out of order.

Cleanliness: the sparse and dull room appeared to be very clean. The staff seems to take their housekeeping work seriously.
Kitchenette: I brought some food to heat up to the room without plates or utensils bc the kitchen in Haines had a set of dishes for 4 people.. Not so here. The cabinets in the room were empty. First time I’ve seen that in a place that claims it’s for long stays!
Lastly the room had no real decor and the curtains were too narrow to block the nonstop summer light so falling asleep was hard.

Pros:

Second time to stay here. Kitchenette is nice. Clean. Nice staff.

Cons:

Be sure you ask for dishes and kitchen items-I didn’t know they had them available. It isn’t great stuff, but it does the job.
