Aspen Suites Hotel Anchorage North

There was no formal notice/paper in the kitchen area that utensils were available at the front desk.
The bathroom doesn’t have a vent fan. TP was like what we have at airports - one ply.
The TV remote sensors are odd.
The refrigerator was poorly placed. One side was against the wall and the door opened away from the wall toward your body. The table was right in front of the refrigerator and had to be moved away from the fridge in order to use it due to the way the fridge door opened.

Room smelled and I had to go out and buy sheets to cover bed and pillows...I was not about to sleep in that bed.
Very disappointed with hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm. The room was completely unserviced, featuring a dirty bathroom and an unmade bed. The front desk was closed, so security gave us loose sheets that didn't even fit the bed. Management and customer support refused to issue a proper refund for an entirely unacceptable stay.

Scelto perché all’inizio i piani erano altri , avremmo dovuto avere la macchina , per cui l’hotel è molto lontano dal centro o dall’aeroporto o da qualsiasi utilità.
Camera molto molto grande , ma zero comfort
C’è la cucina ma non ci sono pentole , io avevo preso un appartamento con cucina per poter cucinare una pasta a mia figlia di 1 anno , quindi la cucina si rivela inutile così
Non molto pulito , capelli ovunque e un po’ di cattivo odore nel bagno

I had to check out at 3:30 a.m. because I needed to catch an early morning flight, and I asked the hotel staff to call a taxi for me.
However, because it was so early in the morning, the taxi took quite a while to arrive. I asked the hotel staff several times to contact the taxi company and urge them to come, but they were slow to respond and did not seem to take the situation seriously. In the end, I had to wait for more than an hour before the taxi finally arrived.
I was honestly very disappointed with the way this staff member handled the situation.
This was especially disappointing because the front desk staff during the daytime had been very friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, this poor experience left a very bad impression on me on my last day in Anchorage.
I also asked the same staff member to send me a receipt, but I still haven't received it. I would appreciate it if you could send it to me as soon as possible.

I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again.

Tv didn’t work

Relatively good value in a city where rooms are a ridiculous price per night.

Back exit stairwell in need of TLC. Stains on carpet and food crumbs everywhere.
