Disappointed
Pros:

The staff where nice and helpful .

Cons:

It was noisy. The room attendance where talking loud in the corridor. There was alot of banging coming from under our room. The guests where noisy in the corridor talking and laughing .

The rest of the staff and stay were and was amazing
Pros:

Great pub, fun labyrinth style, loved the ceiling engravings.

Cons:

One older male wait staff wearing glasses, was terribly rude and abruptly told us that our service dogs were not allowed in the pub. After explaining that they were actually as it would be discrimination, he was then continually rude to my husband.

Great and comfortable night away
Pros:

Liked the old world charm. The bistro was fantastic and they even had a band on in the bar.
The room was comfortable, we had an ensuite and balcony.
I would definitely return

Close to town, clean and good dinner

Cons:

As it was a rainy 2 days, it would have been nice to have the fire going in the afternoons. As it was we used the upstairs lounge room to gather with our friends, which at least was nice and warm
