Great value for money
Pros:

Pool area was fabulous break away from the city. Great cocktails and staff lovely. (could do with a bit of clean/freshen up) but is still very nice. The best thing was having breakfast on the first floor over looking the street. At around 8.30/9.00 the monks would come out and pray with the locals. It was such a beautiful sight. Hotel is great value for money. We also had a fabulous time with the tuktuk driver located outside the hotel. He then put us in touch with another driver in Siem Reap.

Cons:

Cant think of anything we didn't like about the hotel.

the bed was comfortable enough. good aircon, staff were polite

Cons:

If I could go back in time and yell at myself not to book this hotel I would. I dont even know where to begin. Firstly, we booked the executive room with the massive curved window to see the city view. This was the biggest reason I booked this hotel over others I was looking at. The city view was terrible, in the photo on booking.com you can see buildings lights, in real life its just a black window. This might not seem like a big deal, but it was 90% of the reason why I booked here, and paid more for an 'executive" room over a basic one. Next, the photo of the bathroom for the executive room on booking.com is fake. The bathroom in the room was much older, run down, mouldy and had zero resemblence to the photo online.

When I brought up both of these issues with staff they said about the window "ok. we dont have any available rooms facing the better city view, sorry maybe try again tomorrow." and the response to the bathroom- "oh yeah its just a different decoration not a different room." when I called this out, they changed the story and said "oh okay, well its because the bathroom in your room has been renovated, so the photo on the booking app is the old bathroom. we have no rooms with those bathrooms" I told them that was not okay, and they need to change the photos to being the real photos of the room so people are aware of what they are paying for. This is not ok and i dont know how the hotel is getting away with it? its false advertising, and upon calling it out I thought the staff would care more, maybe offer a resolution to the obvious unhappiness but they didnt do anything. After this, I saw a bug inside the robe in the room, it looked like a bed bug.

Pros:

The room was a great size. The ac worked well. Fridge was handy.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed on our first night for cleaning. Not a bad thing but no alternative was offered.

Vybavení pokoje,úklid,bazén.....

Cons:

Chyběla nám fungující klasická restaurace na
obědy a večeře.Jídlo bylo.možné si objefnat
v baru bazénu,ale tam nebylo klimatizováno
a byl velký hluk.

Pros:

Firstly the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel was clean, cool and easy to get around. The breakfast was buffet style and accommodated all tastes
I can't recommend this hotel more highly
