Bon hôtel et bon emplacement mais le client n’est pas au centre de leur politique commerciale, dommage…

Piscine très agréable et personnel du bar très sympathique !
Literie de bonne qualité et emplacement de l’hôtel idéal.

Cons:

J’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et il n’y avait que 2 lits…j’avais la preuve imprimée de ma réservation et la personne de l’accueil m’a fait payer 10$ supplémentaires par nuit sans reconnaître l’erreur. Attitude non-commerciale et nulle !!
Le wc de la chambre n’était absolument pas nettoyé correctement, j’ai dû le faire moi-même pour ne pas pourrir l’ambiance du début de notre voyage…
Dommage de ne pas avoir eu de geste commercial, je n’y retournerai plus.

Rapport qualité prix, piscine ouverte et salle de sport. Personnel très accueillant
Lieu animé hôtel propre et jolie Petit déjeuner 👍

Cons:

Juste la piscine réservée le 14juillet nous étions prêt mais arrivés au 12e étage du monde en train de faire la fête et le mot dans l'ascenseur mais discret, pas trop grave...
