Fijn hotel in een leuk Roosendaal
Pros:

Het hotel ligt mooi op loopafstand van diverse faciliteiten en het centrum. Klein hotel en fijn dat er een lift in zit, en ook een koffie en thee voorziening op de kamer. En een föhn, en vergrootspiegel in de badkamer .

Cons:

De airco op de kamer viel qua werking wat tegen. En aan 1 kant van het bed geen stopcontact. Duurde best een poos voordat je wat koelte voelde.
Het ontbijt is simpel maar voor ons was het oké.

Gezellig verblijf
Pros:

Erg aardige meneer en mevrouw.
Zij zijn de ouders van de huidige eigenaar die op vakantie was.
Elke ochtend werd naar onze plannen gevraagd en kregen we tips voor bijv onze wandeling of fietstocht.

Cons:

Afzuiging in badkamer werkte niet.

Superprettig
Pros:

De gemoedelijke en vriendelijke sfeer zijn passend voor de stad. Er is ruimte voor een praatje maar wordt niet opgedrongen. De bar is prima om nog even een drankje te doen.

Wel goed, met wat kleine puntjes voor verbetering
Pros:

Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, Inchecken ging lekker vlot, Kamer was goed van grootte, Inrichting wat top, Ontbijt was basic maar goed, Lift aanwezig, Bed was goed.

Cons:

Wat ons tegenviel was de Hygiëne met name in de badkamer was die niet erg fris, onze kamer had redelijk wat schimmelplekken, en het wat erg stoffig op de badkamer dat viel mij op met name bij de verwarming zwarte stof op de verwarming en dan ga ik ongemerkt meer opletten en viel me op dat de wanden in de badkamer vol met opgedroogde vochtdruppels zaten en kleine bruine vlekken bij ons. En als de badkamer zo wordt gepoetst dan vraag ik me af hoe de rest gedaan is van de kamer, dat heb ik echter niet gecontroleerd.

Great place to stay in Roosendaal.
Pros:

Great location! We were staying for 3 nights for family wedding, Anne Marie her husband ,the family and the whole staff were very helpfull and friendly . Thank you for your kindness for taking us to the wedding venue and hope to revisit Roosendaal again at the near future . Thank you . " The new Heineken was lekker"
