Clean and Friendly Staff!
Pros:

Very nice location, close to the centre. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The self check-in system was not very effective. I think the hotel should do check-in manually so it could be less time consuming.

Très bel hotel et une vue imprenable sur la tokyo skytree
Pros:

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare d’Akihabara, de l’avenue principale et des nombreux magasins. L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre, et le petit-déjeuner est excellent. La literie est superbe confortable et depuis notre chambre située au 17ᵉ étage, nous avons également profité d’une belle vue sur la Tokyo Skytree. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et serions ravis de revenir lors d’un prochain voyage au Japon.
Petit + : l’hôtel met à disposition des machines à laver ainsi que des distributeurs de boissons aux 3ᵉ et 4ᵉ étages.

Pros:

Super bem localizado, pertinho do centro de Akihabara, de konbinis e metrô. Uma vista otima nos andares altos, ficamos no 19. Eles disponibilizam varios itens de limpeza, pijama e tem lavanderia, então foi muito praticidade. Dá pra fazer self check-in e check-out, mas os funcionários estão super presentes e solicitos.

Cons:

O quarto é bastante pequeno, o que é o padrão de Tóquio. A cama de casal colada na parede dificulta levantar sem acordar a outra pessoa. Quase não tem espaço para abrir mala, tem que ser um revezamento mesmo.

Personel jest największym plusem tego hotelu, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia, a goście mogą zabrać do pokoju niezbędne rzeczy takie jak szczoteczki, pasty do zębów, maszynki do golenia, patyczki do uszu, cały asortyment znajduje się przy windzie, w hotelu jest pralnia i palarnia, więc jest to kolejne udogodnienie

Cons:

Winda była najgorszym elementem tego hotelu i prawdopodobnie z jej powodu już tam nie wrócę, ponieważ powrót do pokoju potrafił zająć 15-20 minut

Perfect location for exploring Tokyo!
Pros:

Great room, really well equipped, and spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable and view of Tokyo was lovely! The staff were also super helpful and accommodating: they helped us to send our luggage on to the next hotel so we didn’t have to carry it on the Shinkansen with us. Great clean room, in a quiet but well-located area!

Cons:

The elevators were quite slow, so be prepared to wait for them.
