Hôtel très bien situé, calme, excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

La literie était parfaite. L'hôtel est à trois minutes à pied de la Yamanote, des différents konbinis. En plein coeur d'Akihabara, mais au calme dans une rue adjacente. Rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Les commodités hygiéniques sont disponibles. Il y a un micro ondes dans l'hôtel, un coin fumeur pour qui fume, un distributeur de boissons ainsi que de glaçons.

Pros:

Localização excelente, e embora seja um dos bairros mais badalados de Tokyo o hotel fica em um local de tranquilidade surpreendente e muito proximo a muitas estações de trem.
Os funcionarios são muito solicitos e cordiais inclusive nos ajudando com o despacho de bagagens diretamente ao nosso proximo hotel. Um ponto curioso é que ao se utilizar a lavanderia é possivel acompanhar a lavagem e secamento das roupas diretamente pela sua tv sabendo o momento exato em que estão prontas

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, havia uma touca e um frasco de medicamentos caidos embaixo da cama

Solid traveler/tourist hotel, especially if you've not visited Japan before.
Pros:

The included breakfast was amazing as travellers landing from out of the country. The room was small but had everything we needed. The value of the room for what we paid was good. Being so close to the Akihabara station made tourist travel so easy.

Cons:

The room was smaller than anticipated, especially for two people.

Perfekte Lage nahe Akihabara Station
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhätnis und dem entsprechend hervorragend! Sehr nettes Personal und beste Lounge Ware auf unserer Reise. Aufenthaltsbereich bei der Mikrowelle.
Die Lage war für uns ideal um Tokyo kennenzulernen und nicht so touristisch wie andere Orte.

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf der Rückseite war nicht so schön - wie aber bei vielen Buisnesshotels in Großstädten. Hängt aber vom Zimmer ab

Cons:

20フロア以上あるのに喫煙ブースが一箇所しかない
喫煙のため、3階に降りたら、アメニティや業務道具が

一瞬、スタッフフロアかと思った。

Pros:

Le amenities, la dimensione della stanza (abbastanza grande rispetto agli standard), l'organizzazione della zona lavanderia.
La colazione pur essendo tradizionale giapponese, include anche qualche opzione dolce (più internazionale)

Cons:

Purtroppo i due ascensori non risultano sempre adeguati alla capienza dell hotel. Inoltre non è possibile usare le scale con facilità, quindi ho perso un po di tempo ad aspettare gli ascensori anche solo per fare un piano

Super Lage verschiedene Tōkyō Metro und JR lines in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, in 2 min direkt in Akihabara. einfacher Check in/out, freundliches Personal und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeit auf den Fahrstuhl.
