安い・綺麗・便利
Pros:

平日でネット予約だったので、宿泊代が6300円と非常に安かった。駐車代金を含め7300円は非常にお得だと思う。ベットもセミダブルを広々としていたし、清潔だった。駐車道の案内の方は親切で丁寧。コーヒーも無料。

Cons:

特にはない。あえて言えば受付嬢の声が小さく、聞き取りづらかった。高齢者なので・・・。

高知城やひろめ市場にはアクセスしやすく立地は良かったです

Cons:

１階のフロアは涼しかったけど廊下が暑すぎました
脱衣場も暑すぎてもう少しクーラー設備があると良かったです

利用して良かった。
Pros:

部屋内をリメイクしたようで、壁のクロスやユニットバス等、まだまだ新しさを感じます。ひろめ市場他、スーパー、コンビニ等が道路を渡ったすぐ前でとても便利です。フロントや駐車場のスタッフさんの対応も良く好印象でした。

Cons:

重箱の隅をつつくようですが、部屋の隅に埃が少々、気にするほどではないですが。
