Hôtel familial situé dans un vieux quartier d'Halong , un peu à l'écart des grandes chaînes d'hôtels impersonnels qui ne correspondent pas à notre niveau de vie. réceptionniste très sympathique qui parle très bien anglais. Nous avons aussi croisé son mari et une des filles qui étaient également très accueillants. Lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que le petit déjeuner était à régler sur place pour 2€. Or, celui-ci (oeufs au plat, tartine, thé ou café, tranche de pastèque était semble-t-il compris avec le prix de la chambre. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel après notre départ, et comme nous partions en excursion, la propriétaire nous a même dit qu'à notre retour, nous pourrions attendre chez elle jusqu'à l'arrivée de notre taxi.
Rapport qualité/prix, cet hôtel nous convenait très bien en cette période de vacances au Vietnam. ou les prix s'étaient envolés.
Le manque de prises électriques car il faut choisir entre allumer le ventilateur, le réfrigérateur, ou la lampe de chevet.
Si on ne met pas la lumière, la chambre est dans l'obscurité car la fenêtre donne sur la rue et les rideaux opaques ne laissent pas passer la lumière du jour. C'est assez sinistre. Heureusement que nous ne venions pas pour rester dans la chambre.
L'hôtel est quand même bruyant car au bord de la route, si cette source de bruit est indépendante du propriétaire, le plus gros problème vient des autres occupants qui courent et crient dans les escaliers jusqu'à deux heures du matin, et à ce niveau, les propriétaires pourraient intervenir. (en fait, j'avais prévu et emporter des boules quiès, mais je pense à ceux qui n'en n'ont pas) Dans la réservation, il est indiqué vue sur jardin, ce qui est mensonger car la vue donne sur les toits et la rue.
Il est également indiqué que la plage est a 1200 mètres, or pas de plages a cette distance, seul le port pour les bateaux d'où nous sommes partis effectuer une excursion.

La famille est superbe, ils ne sont jamais très loin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, les chambres sont grandes et les petits déjeuners sont sympas, je recommande vivement

Alex booked a 6-hour cruise for us and service was really very good.
Simple and cheap hotel, great deal.
Good breakfast with pancakes or eggs and fruit.
Room walls are quite thin, better to have earplugs for a good sleep.
Great place to stay and excellent service
The room was okey and the staff was nice, they actually even gave us same breakfast to go since we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. They also arranged us a taxi to go to the bus station.
The toilet was quite dirty with a lot of mold in the floor and walls...

Good location, Clear Room and Friendly Staffs. Easy to book the tours. They help us to book 2days 1 night on Cruise and share many informations that we want to know. Great stopover for everyone. ❤️

Location was very central. Room was big and have all items you would expect. Obvously not top quality but almost everything was there. They have pool table at ground floor.
There was dogs barking all night long with some breaks. Since it is central you could hear traffic noise, but for some it could be acceptable.
Staff at reception was changin all the time. Only one person spoke English. If i wanted i just could go aways without paying.
Breakfast was two eggs, bread, half cup of coffee and couple peaces of watermellon.

Nice accomodation for a very good price. We had a room with a balcony which was amazing. The water was included in the price. Great wi-fi connection.
The accomodation was a bit dirty. A white towel had a stain on it and toothbrushes were opened from the plastic so we did not trust them.
