Hotelli oli siisti, henkilökunta erityisen ystävällistä. Aamupala oli runsas eikä mitään ruuhkia ollut ravintolassa. Allasalue oli pieni, mutta hyvin mahduimme sekaan.

Wonderful hotel with kind professional staff. We were on a mum and daughter trip.

Rooms
The rooms were a nice size and the views were amazing from the higher floors (we stayed on 13th floor - worth the extra). They were super clean and the electric blinds were cool. Balcony was a good size and felt private. Pillow menu was a nice touch and we tried a couple of different options.

Pool & bar
The pool was a good size and we loved the moulded seat with bubbles. Hot tub was also lovely.
We always managed to get a sun bed and it never felt too crowded.
The waiters were always friendly and quick. You just pressed a little button and they appeared! Only one day we ordered lunch by the pool and obviously something happened to our order as it took an hour. But every other time drinks came in just a couple of minutes and food very quick. The cocktails were lovely, especially the mojitos.
There was often live music in the evenings which was nice. Chilled, relaxed vibes not party.

Spa
We had a massage on arrival which was nice...a little expensive but no different to a UK hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were also good and never had anyone in them. We also used the sauna a couple of times which we enjoyed.

Food
We went half board. Breakfast was plentiful. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty of options. Dinner also had a lot or variety, although I was a bit gutted that quite a few dishes chucked in bacon or something into veg so I couldn't have them. There was always choice though. The pizza was yummy and the homemade gnocchi also very tasty. My daughter enjoyed the beef pasta.

Beach
Beach was pretty and haf such clear water. We never actually spent the day there but just came to swim or walk in the evenings and then went back to the hotel.

Staff
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I couldn't fault any of them from reception, to restaurant, to bar to cleaning staff.
We went on a trip one day that was delayed coming back and I used the WhatsApp to see if there was a chance of getting a plate of food made up for us as we were not sure we'd be back in time for dinner but they said they'd keep it open slightly later for us - although in the end we made it back ok. On the morning of our departure we were also leaving just before breakfast started and they allowed me to pop in a grab a couple of croissants a bit early to take with us. This was really appreciated.

Trips
We did the five island trip through the hotel. The trip itself was good although I wouldn't pick it again. You were quite rushed at each spot...particularly at the blue lagoon for swimming. We'd have liked longer. It was amazing to see the blue cave. There was a lot of just traveling in the speed boat but we did know that - so that was fine. I don't think it would have been so fun if the weather wasn't good.
What spoilt it was the bus driver in the morning, who (and I completely accept we were at fault here) when we were a couple of mins late to be picked up, yelled at my daughter and then refused to speak to me. I completely accept we should have been on time, I'd left something in my room and had to do the three lifts up and down again which isn't quick BUT there is no excuse for behaving like that. Then at the end of the boat trip we finished at 5:30pm and went with a couple of others back to the tour office to see where we got our transfer back and they said it wasn't going to be ready until 7pm! We'd been told that we'd be back at the hotel by 6:30. Eventually at 8pm the coach arrived to take us back. A very long day as we started at 6:15am.

We also took the bus to omis. We used the promet app as others suggested and it was quick and easy to do. Just remember you need to add money to the wallet before you buy the tickets. We did the river two hour cruise which was good. Really amazing scenery and we saw a turtle. It was fun to see the zip liners and we wished we'd done that too but we only stayed for five days and had run out of time.
Absolutely spot on hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Missing it and Croatia already.

Beautiful hotel, great location, beach across the road and an easy reach to Omis by taxi. The rooftop seating area, bar and pool was perfect. The service by the bar staff was excellent. Loved the little bell to call for a cocktail :) Breakfast was plentiful. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and serviced on a daily basis. All in all a great hotel for a girls break x 6 ... think we will be back !

This has to be one of the best vacation hotels we, as a couple, have ever stayed in, and here's why ....
From arriving from the airport to our departure, the staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful and efficient. The reception staff and their professionalism and attention to detail would be hard to match in hotels anywhere in the world.
We didn't see much of the housekeeping staff, but every day our room was cleaned to the same excellent standard as it was when we arrived.
Now for the restaurant and bar staff. We were extremely well looked after and everything we asked for was provided quickly and without a fuss. Of course we got to know some of the restaurant and bar staff quite well and we really enjoyed talking and a lot of laughing with them. A special mention for Iva whose friendly smile always greeted us and Jelena who seemed to anticipate what we wanted. Marina who gave us lots of useful suggestions about where to go and places to visit, and of course her perfect suggestions for wines.
In the sunset bar we were often served by Antonio and Filip who were always ready to have a laugh and a chat.
And then there was Lea, (we called her Lady Gaga) who seemed to rotate around both restaurants and the Sunset bar. Her vibrant personality and sense of humour made her great fun to talk to.
As we were full board we used both the à la carte restaurant if we were in the hotel at lunchtime and the Plaza restaurant for a buffet menu in the evenings. The food in both was very good and freshly cooked. The buffet was regularly refreshed during service.
Our room was on the 12th floor with wonderful views over the sea.
The hotel is very impressive, but the whole experience was made exceptional by the staff, who created a wonderful atmosphere. All of them seem committed to providing customer service of the highest level.

Chambre parfaite et très propre. Piscine agréable, un plus pour le jacuzzi. Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place même si avant 8h des serviettes squattées des transats !!!
1/2 pension correcte, nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose à notre goût.
Merci à l’hôtel de nous avoir servi un repas froid dans notre chambre le soir de notre arrivée tardive et d’avoir pu bénéficier des infrastructures le dernier jour.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

We were recommended this hotel by our travel agent who had said it would be right up our street. She was so right! It was fantastic. Incredibly clean, fantastic facilities, great food and even better staff! Honourable mentions for Antonio and Luka at the pool bar who were so attentive and always seemed so happy, and Danijel in the dining room who was fantastic with wine recommendations and all round generally fantastic service and manner. We found the cocktails to be fab, mojitos and frozen daiquiris were some personal faves.
I went with my mum and we just needed a week of pure relaxation after an initially rough start to the year, so can’t thank the hotel and staff for giving us this. We will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in , the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful.
The rooms were excellent , we were on the 8th floor and had a fantastic view of the pool and sea.
From when we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly .
The restaurant staff work very hard and are extremely attentive.
A special thank you to Iva and Petra in the restaurant and Antonio and Luca at the pool bar .
The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was the best we have ever had in a hotel.
The food at breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of choice .
The hotel is in a quiet location ideal to relax and close to the beach.
We will come back and would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

This hotel made our holiday!
Staff were amazing, very attentive and happy, made you feel so welcome. Superbly clean hotel, very fresh rooms and the balcony we had with sea view was stunning! Food was amazing from the buffet breakfast, pool snacks and evening dining. The waiters were always happy couldn't do enough for us! The beach bar, where you could order food and drinks and charge them to your room is a great idea. Lovely beach.
Wonderful hotel and staff. Wonderful location. Wonderful holiday.
