Zimmer sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet - Klimaanlage, Balkon, Kühlschrank - Bad wunderschön; Zimmer sehr ruhig, Frühstück sowohl reichhaltig als auch immer frisch zubereitet bzw. nachgefüllt worden.

Overall experience was very pleasant. We felt well taken care of. We would happily recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. It had everything. We had a room with a seaview on the 7th floor. What a pleasure it was to wake up to the view every morning
The food was perfect and breakfast had a wide variety of choices
Loved the beach , for a small cost, you get a lot of amenities and that cold towel every day was very welcome around 4pm
The staff were so friendly and I heard they had worked there for years .

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Plaža Duće, the exceptional service began. We were greeted with huge smiles at reception, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging a taxi or helping us book a river cruise.

We stayed in room 807, which had a fantastic view that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially in the mornings and late afternoons.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone, and once again, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help.

The pool and spacious sunbed area provided the perfect place to relax and unwind throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend Hotel Plaža Duće to anyone visiting the Omiš area – a wonderful hotel with outstanding service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel genuinely has no faults in my opinion; the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the facilities, and the location are all perfect for a relaxed holiday.

We arrived around two hours before the usual check‑in time and were welcomed so warmly. Our room happened to be ready, which kicked the holiday off beautifully. And the reception smells unreal… I’d bottle it if I could.

We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was outstanding. The hot and cold buffet was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every member of staff was friendly, smiling, and couldn’t do enough for us.

We used Ubers to visit Omiš, the nearest town; highly recommend for dinner and to take in the stunning scenery. That said, the hotel’s own lunch and dinner options were fabulous too. The pasta and wine I had one evening were some of the best I’ve had outside Italy. Special shout‑out to the Sauvignon Blanc “Brid” highly recommend 😋

Spend a day at the beach across the road if you can. The hotel loungers come at a small cost but are absolutely worth it - beach bar, cold face towels, swings, hammocks… what more do you need.

We had a small medical incident during our stay & the reception staff went above & beyond to help us. Truly exceptional service.

We leave today at 6pm & even though check‑out is at midday, the hotel have encouraged us to use all facilities until departure. After a few hours by the pool, we’ll be using the indoor spa to freshen up before heading off.

We only came for three nights this time, but we’re already planning our return and bringing friends so they can enjoy the same incredible stay we’ve had.

What a wonderful hotel. Check in was great plenty of information given, they were also very helpful when sorting out the bus app, booking trips etc. The room was great we were on floor 8 it had great views of the sea. The room was very well laid out with everything we needed and more and was serviced every day to a very high standard. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed out we would return but like to go somewhere different each holiday, but would recommend this hotel 100%

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful five-night stay at this hotel, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

We had an amazing time exploring Croatia, but one thing we have continued to talk about since returning home is just how fantastic this hotel was.

The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking. Every morning, I would wake up, get ready, and spend a few moments soaking in the scenery before heading down for breakfast. In the evenings, after dinner, we loved sitting in the beautiful hotel plaza, watching the sunset while enjoying a drink or an ice cream. It was the perfect way to end each day.

People often say that the staff make the hotel, and that was certainly true here. Every member of staff we encountered—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping—was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they did. The reception staff were particularly helpful, always happy to provide information about bus routes and stops, which made getting around and exploring the area incredibly easy.

The food was another highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic variety available, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. My dad is vegetarian, and he always found something enjoyable to eat. On a few occasions at breakfast, he asked for a plain omelette without any meat, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate his request, which was greatly appreciated.

I’ve always viewed hotels as simply a place to sleep while on holiday, but this hotel completely changed that perspective. It was luxurious, spotless, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. I genuinely cannot find a single fault with our stay.

The only thing that surprised us during our stay was that this isn’t officially a five-star hotel. In our experience, it offered everything you would expect from one. The quality of the service, the beautiful facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall attention to detail were all exceptional.

Choosing to stay here rather than in a busy city hotel was one of the best decisions we made. We created some wonderful memories during our trip, and this hotel played a huge part in making our holiday so special. I would not hesitate to recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the roundtrip airport transfers - the front desk took care of everything for my early morning transfer to the airport!

We have had a truly wonderful stay in this fabulous hotel. We could not fault anything. All of the hotel staff were amazing. So friendly, attentive and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We went for a deluxe room with a sea view and I would highly recommend this as the view from the balcony was stunning. The food was delicious, with a plentiful buffet at breakfast and dinner. We opted for full board so experienced the delicious set menu at lunchtime. We took the advice of people giving previous reviews and went for full board as there were few restaurants in close proximity, which meant we had relaxing meals every day. The town of Omis was a short bus ride or 40 minutes walk along a picturesque promenade and is well worth a visit. All in all a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Absolutely a great hotel the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them I have just had 9 days in this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a wonderful holiday the staff are so friendly the rooms are immaculately clean and the restaurant is very well organised with plenty of choice

Beautiful hotel, The Staff were absolutely brilliant, lovely ,kind chatty, considerate and helpful. BUT I would not recommend to go if your looking for something more up beat..very relaxing boarding on boaring...When we opened our patio doors we was shocked to see a euro camp facing us this wasn't stated anywhere ! TBH it didn't affect our view we just didnt take any pictures from our balcony lol.....Roof top bar views are amazing as im pictures.
YOU Have to pay to use sunlougers on the beach €30 per day for 2 beds and one umbrella. ALSO NEVER, have we experienced having an evening meal where you had to pay for a drink! even water! Pretty poor from the hotel....Food was very much the same every evening and, what was left from the evening before was served for breakfast ,even sprouts! 😅 ( what ever takes your fancy I suppose ) Food was luke warm and mushy. We ate out after Experiencing 4 nights of very similar luke warm food. Must say though the mushroom soup was lovely...

Just returned from a truly FAB-U-LOUS week in Croatia; stayed at the Plaza Duce Hotel near Omis, (a picturesque town, with a backdrop of a mountainous gorge, where the Cetina River spills into the sea) The only problem is having to return to work! Having said that, the consistently scruptious food would have resulted in too much weight gain!
The staff at the Plaza duce were, without exception - EXCEPTIONAL. A few special mentions; in the restaurant, Daniel, Sandra, Marina and Iva who were all warm, friendly, funny, welcoming, knowledgeable (about the wine!). On reception, Stephen - a warm, friendly welcome on check in, and Anna - who sorted out a dental appointment for me in my hour of need.
The hotel is in a great location, a short bus ride or coastal walk to Omis; which is an interesting fusion of ancient medieval narrow streets along with more modern soviet era architecture. Also it was easy to get the bus, taking about an hour, to Split.
The hotel room, (on the 9th floor) was beautifully appointed/spotlessly clean, with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen. The sea views are spectacular and (from that floor) the road is completely hidden. The pool areas (both inside at the wellness centre and outside on the huge roof terrace) are perfect.
The beach, just across the road, has a little beach bar, however be aware that there is a charge of €15 to use a sunlounger.
I will return to the Plaza Duce and highly recommend this gem of a hotel to all my friends and family.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding and one of the best we have ever stayed at. We stayed in a deluxe room on the top floor and had stunning views of the sea . The restaurant with buffet breakfast and evening meal were amazing . Everything you could ever want to eat covering all tastes and cuisine. An abundance of fresh fruit , wonderful salads, fish, shell fish , squid, octopus, lamb, steak, pork, chicken. Pasta, rice, chips , fresh vegetables and pizza. The beach is just over the road from the hotel with its beach bar. The sea is so clear so inviting and we really enjoyed going in it each day. We would recommend swimming shoes only because at the edge of the sea there is a line of small pebbles before entering the sea. We enjoyed live singers on a few occasions on the roof bar which was a lovely place to sit and have an evening drink. The attention to detail and the work ethic of the staff is truly exceptional . We cannot thank you all enough for making our holiday perfect and one of the best we have been on.
