Pros:

The staff were very kind and polite, booking.com recommended a family room for 3 adults but the staff advised us that the room was very small and offered us an upgrade to an apartment which really made our stay that bit more comfortable. Very attentive staff and couldn’t recommend more.

I loved my stay and will stay here again anytime

From the service to the facilities, everything about this hotel was exceptional.

Cons:

There was a heat wave when I visited the UK, but the rooms had neither air conditioning nor a fan. To be fair, air conditioning isn't very common in the UK.

A very good hotel with great rooms, good food and drink and lovely gardens -
Pros:

The room was lovely , light , spacious and great bathroom with bath and shower -
The breakfast had hot and cold options and was ok .
The dinner was quite pricey but pretty tasty.
The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was ok - felt a little lumpy .
but there was nothing really to complain about - it was generally a very nice hotel

Perfect location and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfect for family of 6 (with Granny). Apartment with kitchen and sitting room very spacious ans lovely access to garden. Room in main building perfect for x3 and lovely views. Dinner delicious with lots of choice. Breakfast also great - continental included and cooked breakfast options delicious - excellent eggs benedict.

Cons:

Nothing - taps in the bathroom in apartment a bit stiff…

Room up in the roof felt claustrophobic with low ceilings beside the bed!

The fire escape plan and labelling. It was difficult to exit the property at 10.00 pm on a Saturday!
