Love the location. My husband stayed there with friends about 10 years ago.

Cons:

My husband stayed there with friends about 10 years ago. It's more run down/not as inviting now. The patio areas used to be beautiful.
I also knew about the layout of the property. The information on Booking.com says "upper floors available by stairs only". My room was approximately 100 stairs up from the street level. I knew that when I booked because I have stayed before. All of the rooms are up stairs.

Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla piazzetta centrale di Portovenere. Camera di giuste dimensioni, pulita ogni giorno, con panorama mozzafiato sul mare. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Non potevo chiedere di meglio a un prezzo basso per la zona.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all albergo Genio per il ferragosto . Struttura datata ma molto pulita e i gestori gentilissimi . Posizione ottima .

Cons:

L' unica cosa negativa e che la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era veramente minuscola con due letti singoli più adatta ad una coppia di ragazzini che ad una coppia di adulti .

La camera non è grande, ma molto carina e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a Portovenere. Ho alloggiato con un’amica e ci siamo trovate molto bene! Igor è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ve lo consiglio!!

Soggiorno in luogo incantevole nel cuore di Portovenere
Pros:

Posto incantevole e vissuto, comunicazione con lo staff ottima, check in easy, posizione perfetta e anche possibilità di posto auto. A pochi minuti c'è una spiaggetta libera molto carina. Igor il gestore ci ha tenuto compagnia con ottime chiacchiere.
