Super bien accueilli. Très chaleureux. Les chambres sont tip tops ce qu'il nous fallait. Et nous avons trouvé l'établissement très original, avec ses nombreuses terrasses et escaliers. Emplacement super, très belle vue depuis les chambres, balcons, terrasses. Et la place de parc disponible à quelques minutes de marche de l'hôtel est un luxe. Parfait pour un petit séjour à Portovenere et dans les Cinque Terre.

Eine Empfehlung für das Hotel kann an Freunde/Bekannte nicht ausgesprochen werden.
Pros:

Einzig und allein das Bad war in Ordnung. Der Wirt/Inhaber war freundlich. Ein PKW Parkplatz wurde etwas außerhalb für die Zeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Eigentlich ist die Hotelanlage hoch oben an der Burg traumhaft schön. Die 82 Stufen, die bis hinauf zu bewältigen sind, sind für gesunde Beine geeignet. Ältere dürften massive Probleme haben. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten und musste täglich außer Haus eingenommen werden. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet. Wohlfühlen sieht anders aus. Aus den großen beiden Terrassen könnte man mehr daraus machen. Tische und Stühle nicht gereinigt, alles musste man sich selber zusammensuchen.

Purtroppo pur avendo pagato il soggiorno in anticipo la sera alle 19 arrivati stanchi da una escursione, abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di non avere la camera prenotata, era stata rivenduta.volevamo soggiornare in paese invece ci ha prenotato di sua iniziativa un albergo a qualche chilometro, inferiore come sistemazione, pensando così di aver risolto la questione . Credo sia la massima scorrettezza che si possa fare ad un cliente.

We had the absolute best stay at Albergo Genio. The location is right in a quad like area with a big sign over the terrace to enter. There are quiet little sitting areas all over the place but my favorite is a overlook into the terrace. There are plants a plenty all over the common spaces and a huge lemon tree on site with the largest lemons you will ever see. No only is this one of the coolest places I have ever stayed ( and I've stayed in some wild places), the owners are so kind and helpful! I highly recommend staying here. It's worth it.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the owner was very kind and accommodating, and the location is great! Our stay was lovely. There are some stairs to climb to get to it, but I would certainly recommend it.

INQUALIFICABILI : L'albergo comunica che l'orario per il check in è entro le 23.00. Prenotato e pagato con arrivo entro le 22.00 con accettazione da parte dell'hotel. Arrivati ci comunicano telefonicamente che tutte le camere sono occupate e di arrangiarci. Sembrerebbe che abbiano venduto la nostra camera a qualcun altro prima dell'orario stabilito per il nostro arrivo.
