Staff were friendly, and accommodating really good value for money
The overall feel of the place was tiered, a lot of things need updating and the area it is in isn't the best at all
Property was in a good location for an event we were attending and was well priced. We arrived earlier than check in too but they sorted a room for us no problem. Bed was comfy too.
The room did have a slight hint of smoke as we walked in but we just opened the windows to get rid of it. The doors are quite loud too when you shut them.

there was nothing to like, extremely poor hotel.
Awful property. It was very dirty. Rubbish dump in the back garden of the accommodation, very bad smell due to this and awful to look at. One of my teams were due to stay for the week, refused to stay even for the first night. Lots of photos for evidence taken, no refund offered.

Staff were absolutely LOVELY! Dog roaming around cheered me up as soon as I got there! Room was big and bed was sooooo comfy!
The noise across the street. House partying all night even when we left at 9.30am it was still going on. Not hotels fault though so not a bad view on the hotel
Near roundhay park which is where I was going to for an event. Staff were welcoming.
Paid more for what it's worth. Beds were uncomfortable with only one towel per person and only had whole milk for making a hot drink. The paint was chipped off on the bed side table
