Clean, tidy room with en-suite included.
Pros:

Artin & Razor were very friendly & professional.
Plenty of tea, coffee & milk provided.x

Cons:

It’s not the quietest of areas to stay, but the location isn’t their fault.
Could’ve been because of the BankHoliday though.🤔

Pros:

There was no bar or restaurant. Areas of thr room were not clean. Unsure how well the electronic locking system works on doors as we had some very merry guests who were locked out their room next door & our door opened in the early hours when they couldnt get in.

You get what you paid for but, it advertised differently to what you get in reality.

Cons:

It was more like student digs for crashing after festivals rather than a cheap stay for anyone coming to Leeds for the first time; no frills etc. But the advert said different to the experience.

dump, unsafe, would not feel safe going back there late at night, infact we left and still waiting for re fund
Pros:

nothing felt unsafe area was terrible and no privacy a rotten old blind at window and wardrobe door coming off furniture was a disgrace

Cons:

area was horrendous photos nothing at all like photos on booking.com, awful smell everything about it was awful and felt so unsafe

Friendly staff . Unexpected guests stationed outside my door

Location / very helpful and friendly staff .

Cons:

There were police outside my door all night . The person in the room next door had police protection . The radios and noise kept me awake most of the night. I couldn't leave as it was late . I just had to lay awake until work. I was exhausted all day .
