Unique London stay
Pros:

A unique hotel with a modern, cool vibe and a great setting on the water. Although it is a little outside central London, it is well connected, with Custom House station around a 10 min walk away.

The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, including allowing us to store our luggage and use the reception area after check-out.

The rooftop also looked lovely, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small, which is fine for a short stay for one or two people, but there is very little space to spend time in the room beyond sleeping.

Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise can travel quite easily both from inside and outside the hotel.

Breakfast was a little disappointing and quite limited in terms of selection, so this is one area where we would have expected a bit more.

Cons:

If you're going for a standard room know that the room sizes can be very small. Best to go for a bigger room if you want a normal hotel experience.

Pros:

Adrian and Nanki were absolutely amazing hosts, they've made us feel at home right from the start and surprised us by upgrading our room the best suite with a breathtaking view, probably 5x times larger than the one we booked so it was just a dream. It's always great to be back ♥️

Really clean and great view
Close to the tube

Cons:

Not much and I don’t really like to moan, but:
- not enough plug sockets and none near the mirror. Had to use my phone as a mirror while drying my hair
- all in one shampoo/shower gel - no conditioner. Had to go to Tesco to get some.
- doors make an annoying beeping noise when they open. So people coming and going in the night set them off….

Relaxing and beautiful room.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and even gave me and my partner a little gift for our anniversary. Room was 10/10 and we were both super happy with it.

Cons:

Sheets weren't super soft, but it was good enough.

Good vibe, convenient for business as close to excel. Justice to O2. Area is just OK.

No TV - bring your laptop or tablet
Rooms very small, OK for a single but tight space for a couple
Thin walls - could hear people in adjacent room
