Gute Lage, Preis okay, Hotelidee (schwimmend im Hafen) ganz innovativ, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmer waren etwas zu klein (wirklich keine Möglichkeit, einen Koffer abzulegen oder einfach mal zu öffnen) umdrehen im Bad und Duschen, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen war echt schwierig; Frühstück okay, aber repetitiv und das Personal schien mit dem Aufräumen und Auffüllen etwas überfordert

It should be called the excellent hotel

I’ll book this facility again if I visit London.
Pros:

Great location, London Docklands, with quick, comfortable and easy access to trains and transportation, to Westfield shopping mall, shops, restaurants and central London. Excellent staff that made all the tiny details palatable with no stress. Clean, comfortable, safe, inviting and welcoming environment and most importantly, breakfast was great.

Beautiful river view room, close to transport links.
Pros:

We were offered an upgrade with a river view which we accepted. This was absolutely a great choice, it felt like we were on a cruise ship when we woke up in the morning! We could watch the ducks in the river, as well as water sports in the morning. I would recommend upgrading to a river view room if this is possible for you.

Cons:

The room was small; but we were only there for 2 nights so it didn't really matter to us, because we travel light.

Good breakfast in a busy venue
Pros:

The location was good, nearby Royal Victoria on the DLR with a Tesco Express opposite, bars & restaurants.

Cons:

The property was darkly painted inside, lighting was dull in the public areas & bedrooms. The bedroom decor was modern, we had a large bathroom but no shelving. Electric plug sockets were black so not ideal in a dark environment.
