Okay and a good location
Pros:

It was clean 1 member of staff seem to do all the work reception bookings bar and general clean of reception

It was fine
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely the staff were friendly I really really hope Colin is okay the poor fella he went way way above and beyond he is a credit to the hotel and Nathan is I wish them all the best

Cons:

The guy punching the receptionist and ransacking the hotel ment me and my daughter got no sleep. There needs to be a lock on the door that only guests can get in it’s unfair on the staff there poor colin deserves a pay rise ….

Absolutely horrible stay
Pros:

The location was the only plus saying in this hotel!

Cons:

The rooms wasn’t very clean, we was woken up by a lot of commotion. The police had to be called. Some one damaged a pipe on a wall and that made a leek! There was no electricity working on that side of the hotel. It was a shambles

This was my second stay at the president. But I rate my first stay better.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice all week. But no wholemeal bread on two of the days
Staff were pleasant

Cons:

Tuesday and Wednesday evening meals where awful, very poorly cooked and presented, a few complaints from quests
Also very poor entertainment at night
The lift kept breaking down,
The room had to be hoovered before I settled in
And the beds were hard.

Pros:

Nothing at all. The weekend i stayed we had police at the hotel. There was fighting. Staff wasnt very un co-operative. Leaks due to a pipe being ripped out the wall by a gentlemen staying at the hotel causing leakage to my childs bed all over the walls. The hotel did not offer a change of room. Told me to to complain on here. I have video footage of the leakages which i will send onto you of i can. Due to the leakage we had no lighting on that floor

Very disappointed in everything about the hotel

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

We booked an executive suite but received a normal family room the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor, The person behind the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all , and kept disappearing for over 45 minutes and no sign to state he would be back shortly , wasn’t told we had to reserve a space for dinner in the restaurant , wasn’t told we had to pay £10 parking fee to use hotel reserved spaces , never heard of a hotel before now not allowing food in the rooms , it was meant to be disabled friendly but the lift was tiny and kept breaking down no rooms on ground floor, wasn’t told where the restaurant was, there was signs everywhere about entertainment but there was none , theres NO swimming pool like advertised and pool table wasn’t in very good condition at all , the whole hotel could do with a complete overhaul

Not worth the money in mine and families opinion
Pros:

The breakfast wasn’t too bad

Cons:

* The bed was uncomfortable we could feel every spring - my husband went home for the campervan as we was here all weekend for a dancing competition he slept in that
* noise both night was unacceptable including noise from the lift and doors banging shut 😞
* The water pressure here is lower than my motivation on a Monday morning

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

Nothing, pictures of the hotel are Nothing like what its actually like.

Cons:

Everything, walked in to check in, had to wait 15 mins for someone to come and check us in, walked into the room which smelled like wet dog, the room felt damp, the cups where dirty, the shower was dirty the sink was dirty the walls where dirty no towels or hair dryer, when we did go to bed we pulled the bedding back the cover had rips in it and it felt and smelt damp!! When I went down to ask for towels the rude reception man asked me my room number and said he would send some up! Never came, on my last night there was a lot of commotion in the foyer of the hotel, with said reception man and another person staying at the hotel I had to quickly get my daughter up to our room, there was a lot of police around.

Cons:

Not enough staff went round to fill up tea & coffee. Shower flooded bathroom had to use towels to stop it going onto carpet
