The bingo
The curtains were falling down, door didn't shut, shower was dirty, TV doesn't work
Location was ok. Good walk down the beach to main attractions
1st impression at the foyer was a really strong smell, like I needed a deep clean. Quadruple sea view room, was a side window looking at the pier with "double" and a bunk bed( never a mention of bunk beds)
Good location and people were friendly.
Could do with an update in the bedrooms. Broken cupboards, broken toilet seat and the bath only had a hand held shower with nowhere to put the shower up above to rinse your hair, plenty of beds and room for the children. It was good for one night but not for a few nights.
The double bed was big enough to have space
The room was dirty, we found dog poo under the bed. The cleaner never came in to do fresh bedding. We never had clean towels.
There was a bad smell in the room that would not go.
The toilet handle was broken so made it hard to flush.
We bad dirty cups when arrived to make drinks.
Location
Too many stairs
Great location short walk to all entertainment but tram stop right outside was lovely inside welcoming
The tv in the room could of been a little bigger
Location and breakfast was good
Untidy, and not very clean
Bardzo wygodne lozka
Mala winda
I like the fact it was affordable. It was a great location. Our room overlooked the beach as well as the Blackpool tower and north pier. The breakfast is so good. Always love a cooked breakfast. We didnt hear anything at all. Not other people. Not music. It was so quiet even though the hotel was essentially full up.
The staff were all really lovely and accommodating at meal times. The location is brilliant. Its not too busy. There is a tram stop out front as well as instant access to the beach front. A local coop and pizza shop. As my daughter called it A Temu Experience. You get what you pay for and we all love Temu haha
Although the staff are lovely there were some issues which did impact us staying longer. The room was in disrepair. 2 broken drawers. The tv didnt work. The bathroom door didnt shut and with 2 babies was so stressful to keep them safe. The toilet seat was broken. The plug for the bath was broken and got stuck for 2 days but we finally got it out.
The lift is tiny and was left standing for 10 minutes at one point trying to get to my room. But all minor when you consider the cost of it all.
Leaving
Nothing absolute shithole. Stains on carpets. Blood and shit stains on bedding curtain fell off when tried to open nearly hit my daughter on head wardrobe door hanging off hinges. Noisy as hell with people sleeping in reception place stinks I did go to tell the scruff on reception to be told I must have swung on the curtain how rude. Had to and ask for tea and coffee as none in room 5 times till I got some. I want a full refund. The place is a dump
Food was really nice we were half board
On the day we arrived we were met with a young girl covered in blood who had been bottled. The reception area was covered in blood and it went all over me and my clothes. It appeared the girl was homeless and staying at the hotel, she was attacked in the reception area of the hotel. When asked if they had facilities for me to wash the blood from my clothes i was met with an angry response of "it is not our fault".
We were staying on level 3 and the whole landing smelt of 'weed'.
Fair price, disabled friendly
Needs a better clean, especially toilets, and a bit of fixing, like toilet doors and cupboards
Leaking shower
