Accueil pas sympa, pas digne d un 4*

Emplacement central, beau buffet de petit déjeuner

Cons:

L accueil au check-in, nous sommes arrivés à 13:15 et nous avons demandé à juste à laisser nos bagages dans nos chambres ce qui nous a était refusé. Un de nous est donc resté pour attendre 14:00, les autres étant partis.
À 13:30 la personne a finalement acceptée de lui donner les clés, et l’a regardée porter les très lourds bagages sans même lui proposer de l aide.
Manque de service lamentable pour soit disant un hôtel 4 étoiles

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist optimal. Tolles Frühstück.

Perfekte Innenstadt-Lage mit überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.
Pros:

Tolles Stadthotel mit absperrbarem Fahrradraum, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Lage im Zentrum, Kaffee-Kapselmaschine am Zimmer, kleiner Pool am Dach zur Erfrischung zwischendurch.

Cons:

Pool am Dach nicht frei zugänglich (aus Sicherheitsgründen), daher etwas umständlich, weil man immer jemand von der Rezeption braucht.
