Better than I expected. Staff was very helpful.

Staff [housekeeping + kaunter] sangat friendly walaupun mereka agak kurang fasih berbahasa Malaysia.

Tapi sangat² membantu jika kita request anything..

My daughter left her handbag in the rolm after check out.. mereka jagakan sehingga kita datang ambil.

Thank you.. will come again ..

the lobby is so dark made me scared and they dont even on the light at the reception area.
Cons:

the aircon was really annoying. it auto shuts off every 20mins. imagine when you are so tired. you have to stand to turn on the aircon every 20min.
