Pleasant but could be better.
Pros:

The check-in experience was very good. Receptionist was very friendly and she explained all procedures clearly. Breakfast as usual was very good. The staff in the breakfast room were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

The room was very small - almost a box room. It was quite stuffy in there. The TV channels were not working very well.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful

Cons:

The room was on the main road so was noisy and hot. There was no fan in the room.
There was only bath towels not bath sheets in the bathroom and they were much too small.
Breakfast was nice but it was very limited. There was only 3 choices on the menu and the English breakfast was not very big. There was no fruit
