Pros:

Ottima accoglienza in struttura con stanze pulite e confortevoli. Colazione buona, servita da una signora super carina e gentile. Facile raggiungere la costa in circa un quarto d’ora di macchina.

Good hotel but no food available in the evening. Bar was closed at 8.00 pm and not one of the staff could speak Welsh .

Pleasant stay with great breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable double bed room. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was great and so were the staff. Parking available on site. Fairly large room with en-suite.

Cons:

It can get pretty warm in the room during summer months. Placing a fan in the room would be very useful.

Disappointing and misleading – the “Suite” and available facilities not as what was advertised
Pros:

The location was convenient for Newcastle Emlyn and the room was reasonably spacious. Unfortunately, the positives were significantly outweighed by problems with the accommodation and unavailable facilities

Cons:

The “Suite” appeared to be a converted former shop unit directly on the road, with a large shop-front window that offered little privacy unless the curtains remained closed. The mattress seemed too small for the bed and was extremely noisy, and traffic noise was intrusive. During exceptionally hot weather the room was unbearably warm, with no air conditioning; opening the small window made the road noise worse and the fan provided was ineffective. The advertised spa was unavailable, Y Bistro was not operating and there was no evening meal service. The building’s front door was also locked at 8pm. Overall, the accommodation and facilities were very different from what we reasonably expected from the listing and a four-star “riverside retreat”.

A comfortable friendly place, brekkie was supplied.
Pros:

Good location and facilities were good and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Great stay.
Pros:

Nice placed for the surrounding areas. We have stayed here twice now...and is our new base when we are in the area.
Friendly staff, first visit we stopped our room as had a few issues...wasn't a problem at all.

Pros:

El desayuno es excelente, la habitación amplia, el baño aun más amplio en proporción. Excelente ubicación, según sales andando ya estas en el centro del pueblo.

Cons:

La cama para dos personas me resultó pequeña.
