Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Very courteous and friendly staff. Centrally located with stone throwaway distance from Central district. Excellent food and mix veg curry with roti is yummy. Paneer butter masala is a must try. Excellently done mushroom soup is on the top. Very calm and safe for any tourist. Your trekking pain melts away with Ms. Anu's magical deep tissue massage. Overall a great value for money and really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The approach road is a little narrow but not an issue. You will get a taxi at the door step.

If I would come to Kathmandu I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Staff are very nice, kind, and friendly. The manager is very helpful for us to arrange activities including a day trip around Kathmandu. Restaurant/bar is so good that we came back to the hotel for lunch/dinner instead of eating somewhere else.

Best possible stay!
Pros:

It was my second stay at Taleju Boutique Hotel and there will be a third one hopefully in the future if I ever return to Kathmandu. The hotel has the best location at Thamel. On the one hand you will be two minutes walk away from all the restaurants and night life, while on the other hand you will enjoy a peaceful stay in a beautiful serene hotel located on a quiet side street. The service is top-notch. All the employees there, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, guards and restaurant staff are extremely curteous and professional. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and the rooms are just great. I stayed on the sixth floor with an incredible view over town and a huge terrace attached. Spent beautiful peaceful evenings having tea there. I couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

Goede service! Fijn hotel met rustige binnentuin middenin Thamel.
Pros:

Ontzettend lief en vriendelijke personeel, je voelt je er echt thuis! Ook hebben ze een heel fijne binnentuin, waarin je helemaal niet het gevoel hebt dat je middenin het drukke Thamel zit.
De kamers zijn ruim en schoon.

Żona powiedziała, że menadżer ładnie pachnie. Świetna lokalizacja. Piękny wystrój ogrodu. Ładne przestronne pokoje. Przemiła obsługa Pani manager, Panie z recepcji ,kierowca i Pan ochroniarz przy drzwiach.

Z mojej strony dodam wspaniały dach na piwo i papierosa, woda w pokoju, piwo w minibarku i nie płacisz sztabkami złota. Wspaniałe miejsce! Czułem że wypoczywam w tym hotelu. Głos ptaków budził codziennie rano.

We loved our stay at Taleju Boutique Hotel, it was amazing value for money and the location was walking distance from shops, restaurants, cafes, lots of good bookstores and tourist sites. The highlight was the staff who were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with both sightseeing in Kathmandu and in preparation for our trekking. The courtyard for dining was beautiful and food/breakfast was great. Would highly recommend for a budget friendly and safe option for Kathmandu.
