Great and comfortable location in Jomtien.
Pros:

In general, this is a very good location. The beach is across the street and stores, as well as restaurants are near by are near by.

Pattaya is a short taxi ride away.

Cons:

We caught the last day of songkran, and the music across the street was deafening all day long on a Sunday.

We had to be out of the room most of the time, as the walls were vibrating from the speakers across the street.

If you can, avoid the songkran festival.

Nice professional staff. And some of them ate still there because i stayed there 3 years ago. They must like it too

Cons:

Although not a complaint. There was blood on a clean sheet which wasn’t mine. Assuming the cleaner must have cut her finger at some point The blood was dry when i went to bed

My first stay at Bay Beach Resort
Pros:

The 2 balcony,,split bathroom,location to beach area and very quiet for a good night rest.

Cons:

Small amount of mold at both sinks. A little bleach will resolve that issue.
