Absolutely terrible and I would never book another Hotel in your chain
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

Mainly the fact that I was not allowed to eat in the restaurants because I wasn’t staying for 3 nights please forward the information I could have seen to make a decision.
The food in the canteen was nothing short of dreadful

Το προσωπικο παντα με χαμογελο και προθυμο για εξηπηρετηση.Ειδικη αναφορα στον ΝΙΚΟ που κυριολεκτικα ηταν παντου για να μην λειψει τιποτα απο τους επισκεπτες του ξενοδοχειου.

Pros:

Management war um eine Lösung bemüht. Daher gab es dann ein Zimmer Upgrade aufgrund der gesamten Umstände.

Cons:

Zu wenig Abwechslung beim Buffet. Kakerlaken im Zimmer und unsauberes Zimmer (Haare am Sofa). Check In verspätet. Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Liegen zwar reserviert mit Hotelkärtchen aber nicht belegt (haben hierfür keine Information erhalten)

Υπέροχη.
Pros:

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ όλο το προσωπικό και ιδιαιτέρα την κυρία Φωτούλα.

Cons:

Μια μικρή παρατήρηση η γέφυρα στην πισίνα το κάτω μέρος είναι λερωμένη.

Pros:

המלון הזה מקבל ציון גבוה ולא בצדק.. אמנם מדובר במלון טוב, אחלה שירות, הכל כלול ויש לו חוף ים אבל יש בו גם הרבה חסרונות.

לעניין המיקום - הוא ממוקם ליד עוד כמה בתים מלון, יש סופרמרקט קרוב ליציאה מהמלון אבל זה מרחק של כ8-10 דקות מאיזור הנמל (המוניות לא זולות אז קחו בחשבון)
מעליות - בזמן עומס מחכים המון זמן למעלית, מה שאילץ אותנו לא מעט פעמים לרדת ולעלות ברגל.
לגבי החדר - מדובר בחדר סטנדרטי עם מרפסת, הניקיון לוקה בחסר, אין תאורה במרפסת, הכספת לא עבדה והמגבות לא היו הכי נקיות .
חדר האוכל - היינו 4 לילות, כמעט כל ערב ובוקר היה את אותו מבחר אוכל והיה כבר נמאס, לאנשים שלא אוכלים חזיר/פירות ים יש מבחר מאוד דל.
הסנייק בר במלון בשעות הצהריים היה ממש טוב, היו פיצות, גירוס, פסטות, נקניקייה בלחמניה המבורגר וכו, אז זה סגר לנו פינה.
הצוות היה נחמד, אם כי היו כמה אנשים שירות שעשו לנו קצת פרצופים שביקשנו משהו בבר/במסעדה וכו .
אמנם המלון ממש המוני והיה מלא אנשים אבל לא הרגשנו את העומס באיזור הבריכה

All in all is ok
Pros:

Spacious room, great bed, nice view from the windows and balconies. Clean beach. Great breakfast. No children.
Large variety of alcoholic drinks and food. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Pool is not clean and the temperature of water is hot during noon and afternoon hours. Toilet in the room is not sufficiently clean. Not many options for people who prefer kosher food, despite vegetarian options on the menu. In the evening hours noise from the hotels nearby.

Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר טובה. הבריכה מרווחת ויש המון מקומות ישיבה. השירות בברים היה מהיר ואדיב. האוכל במסעדה התאילנדית והיוונית היה מצוין. אהבתי את מיטות השיזוף על הבריכה עצמה.

Cons:

האוכל בארוחת הערב במסעדה המרכזית לא היה לטעמי.
קיבלתי את החדר באיחור של חצי שעה משעת הצ'ק אין, למרות מה שנאמר לי. החדר לא היה נקי כל כך כשקיבלתי אותו. לאחר בקשתי הוא נוקה. באופן כללי החדר היה רק סביר.
