Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά . Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλόξενο, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και ευγενικό. Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στην κύρια Φωτούλα, εξαιρετική, στον κύριο Χριστόδουλο στην υποδοχή και στον κύριο Γιαννάκη. Γενικά περάσαμε όμορφα,ι ξεκούραστα και ανεμελα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ..

An honest review aimed at those looking to book here. For context, we were one of three couples 60 plus, regular travellers, 10 day stay, first time in this resort...

Food
Buffet was very good, although lacked higher quality options (steak, prawns, for example). Greek restaurant excellent meal, Asian and Italian poor with weird flavours and limited menu options. Snack bar and drinks okay.

Staff
Generally excellent, friendly and helpful. Had a couple of major issues on our stay (not directly the hotel's fault), these were handled dismissively. Cleaning staff first rate.

Facilities
The main pool is a real highlight, perfect temperature and not too crowded. Pool bar a bit murky, spa was broken during part of our stay. Indoor pool looked lush.
Air con and wi-fi was patchy for us, our friends had much better experience in their room. During the first week, air con in public areas was turned off and it was stuffy. During the second half of our stay, it had been turned on.
Late check out was a good option but expensive at 110 euros.

Generally, a bit of a mixed bag - probably a good solid 3 star bordering on 4. Looks a bit tired in places, but pool and food were very good overall.

We loved this hotel!! Stunning resort right on the beach. The staff were all friendly, particularly the staff in the buffet restaurant. We also loved the little kittens wondering round the hotel, this made our trip!

I have coeliac disease so was concerned about what I would be able to eat, but they accommodated so well for me. The chef came and told me what food I was able to eat on the buffet, and offered me gluten free bread, which was available at all meal times. You either ask the host or a chef who would cook a small baguette, and you would return to get it 3 minutes later. Probably the best gluten free bread I’ve had!! There was plenty choice on the buffet where allergens are clearly labelled, and you could ask for gluten free pizza. I tried this once and it was delicious. The rest of the buffet food there was themed nights and plenty of choice for anyone needing a gluten free diet. We loved the lunch time options too, more casual options such as tacos, fajitas etc.

We tried little Italy at lunch time, where they were able to cook me gluten free pasta. We also tried the Mediterranean restaurant, Hawas Garden, which was a fab experience. It works as a tapas style meal, you get salad and pitta (which I was served a baguette) with different dips, a selection of starters, the gluten free option was falafel which again was delicious. They then bring chicken, lamb kofta, and beef rice.

We loved the cocktails, especially Hugo Spritz and the frozen daiquiris. Also loved that iced coffees and frappes were available on the standard all inclusive.

The only downside is the sun-bed situation. We weren’t explained the different wrist bands at check in so we just got our towels and put them on free beds, but were later confronted by guests were deluxe guests and had them reserved. Wasn’t really a huge problem as there was plenty beds on the grass, or the beach which we ended up preferring anyways as it was quieter and had nicer views.

We would recommend this hotel and would return :)

All but could do with more evening entertainment on and sun beds are always taken with towels on and people not turning up till the afternoon

Absolutely brilliant stay,couldn't fault the place and Maria who deals with sun beds she was a beautiful careing and couldn't do enough for you .Entertainment was really good,room was clean and tidy.

Very clean and staff nice

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - the food selection was varied each night and breakfast had something for everyone. There were enough staff serving so you didn't have to wait long for drinks - we really enjoyed the cocktails, especially the frozen ones we could enjoy near the beach. There was a sandy entrance to the sea next to the property which we loved. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent. Nice relaxing vibe with mainly couples and older families. Nice location near to the sea too and fairly quiet for a relaxing break away.

Some of the local staff were really amazing. Helpful and accommodating. Others were rude, unhelpful and spent more time on theor phones.

Pobyt w hotelu Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris uważam za udany, choć nie obyło się bez kilku rozczarowań.
Na duży plus zasługuje spory basen i wystarczająca liczba leżaków. Nie trzeba było wstawać o świcie, żeby zająć miejsce, co było ogromnym komfortem. Pokoje były czyste i codziennie dokładnie sprzątane.
Przed przyjazdem prosiłam o pokój z prysznicem zamiast z wanną, jednak moja prośba nie została uwzględniona. Nie udało się również wcześniej zameldować, mimo że zgłaszałam taką prośbę. Na szczęście po przyjeździe otrzymaliśmy opaski i mogliśmy od razu korzystać z basenu, restauracji i pozostałych udogodnień hotelu.
Bardzo pozytywnie oceniam również drinki, były smaczne, przygotowywane z dobrej jakości alkoholi, a przy barach nie tworzyły się długie kolejki, więc na obsługę nie trzeba było długo czekać.

Had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo plaza cypria maris hotel. Every area of the hotel was well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean with the added touch of fresh flowers in all main guest areas.
All the staff who worked there were polite and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The food in all the restaurants was amazing, plenty of choice and well cooked.
The facilities were great particularly the outside pool bar, which we spent a lot of time in.
The location was perfect just a 30 minute walk from the harbour, which had lots of bats and restaurants. Also beach front and lots water sports to try.
The evening and daytime entertainment in the hotel was a great in Paris the Elvis tribute act was absolutely amazing!
I would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Phaphos it had a great friendly atmosphere between the guests and the staff which made you feel very welcome.

we have been this hotel for 3 years it is a lovely hotel entertainment not much but everything else is brilliant and we will definitely be back

We had the best stay at this hotel. Before we arrived, I had read a lot of mixed reviews, but I can honestly say we had a fantastic holiday.
We booked a room with a sea view, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless and clean every day. They work very hard and do their best to keep the entire hotel clean and tidy.
I can also say that there were plenty of sunbeds for all the guests. We never saw anyone having any problems finding a sunbed.
The staff were all very friendly, always happy to help, and always greeted guests with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Tamara from Guest Relations. She is extremely professional, helpful, and always goes the extra mile for every guest. She is a real credit to the hotel, and the hotel is lucky to have someone like her.
We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Thank you all for making our holiday so special. See you all in October!

For starters i want to mention the beautiful view me and my partner had from our room! I think it would be better if the reception people were more friendly tho, other than that we had an amazing stay. I cannot not mention guest relations person tamara she helped us with reservations for restaurants which we really appreciate, she was super friendly and super helpful. Me and my partner are very happy with our stay and we will be coming back 🫶🏻

It was a very goof experience. Although Tamara at the reception provoked a lot of inconveniences for me… Fotoulla was the one person who made me want to revisit this hotel. Because of mrs Fotoulla my whole accommodation was much better!!
