Een heerlijk verblijf met uitstekende service, vriendelijk personeel en een verzorgd ontbijt,

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!
Graag delen we wat extra ervaringen over het eten, het personeel en het ontbijt.
Het eten was echt heerlijk en gevarieerd. Zowel tijdens het diner als overdag was er voldoende keuze, en alles was vers en smaakvol bereid. Het ontbijt was een absolute topper: een uitgebreid buffet met voor ieder wat wils – van vers fruit en broodjes tot warme gerechten. De perfecte start van de dag!
Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het fantastische personeel. Iedereen was vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen. Een speciale shout-out voor receptionist Marina, die ons altijd met een glimlach ontving en klaarstond om vragen te beantwoorden. Ook de bartenders verdienen een groot compliment voor hun gezelligheid en uitstekende service!
Daarnaast willen we zeker de lounge attendants op zowel de 6e verdieping als op de begane grond bedanken — jullie maakten het verblijf extra comfortabel en verzorgd. En een welverdiende speciale vermelding voor Fotoula, die ontzettend behulpzaam en meedenkend was. Haar gastvrijheid maakte echt het verschil!
Kortom: een geweldige ervaring die we niet snel zullen vergeten. We komen zeker terug!

A great Cypriot location, great for walking the promenade.
Pros:

Great food, good staff. Clean light and airy feel. Drinks were better than many all inclusive hotels. Good all inclusive beer on tap.

Cons:

As it was very early season none of the a la carte restaurants were open, we were not informed of this fact via our booking and only found out upon arrival.

המיקום מצויין, על הטיילת , הנוף מקסים. צוות שירותי, חיובי ונעים.

Cons:

בבריכה הפנימית שהייתה אמורה להיות מחוממת, המים היו קרים , גם בבריכות החיצוניות המים כמובן קרים כך שלא נהננו מהבריכות. מאכזב מאוד, בנושא הזה לא הייתה התייחסות מצד הצוות.

Pros:

We didn’t have very high expectations, but the hotel fully met our choice for a short holiday. The food was very diverse and delicious, the territory and rooms were clean, and the staff, including the reception team, were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A pleasant surprise was discovering that the hotel has a squash court, as we could not find this information before arrival. For some guests, this could definitely influence their choice when booking. Since the hotel already offers this great facility, it could also be worth adding two higher-level squash rackets for more advanced players. It’s a relatively small investment, but it could create an even better experience and generate many positive reviews in the future.
