Second visit in two years speaks for itself. Great service and facilities with friendly staff. Special mention for Johnathan who was very attentive in all areas he was stationed, Fortula the head waitress made every visit personable and nothing too much trouble (special coffee pot at breakfast made every visit), then Maria simply handing out towels with a smile and a chat every morning.

Something for everyone all under one roof whatever level of package. A relaxing environment or join in with the many activities and entertainment acts provided.

We’re already planning our return.

Just spent 10 days at this lovely hotel and our second visit was just as good as the first!
Hotel- Lovely clean hotel with 4 a la Carte restaurant's- Lebanese, Italian, Greek and Asian. Pool is large and they offer a pool bar (we didn't use either as prefer the sea). Small beach cove with clear sea and sandy entrance (offer watersports if that's your thing). We had a standard hotel room on 3rd floor with a lovely sea view. Room was big enough, cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. Cleaners friendly and work very hard!! Husband used the gym and equipment was good.
Staff make this hotel- most are always smiling and joking with colleagues and holiday makers (shows they enjoy their job). We visited 2 years ago and many faces we met again (shows they keep their staff). Shout out to Dinesh at reception for always smiling, being friendly, polite and helpful (and taking good photos). Elizabeth (Asian restaurant) for answering our questions (fussy eater) always smiling, welcoming, happy and making time to talk to us around the hotel. David the bar man (main bar) for making my husband's cocktails in his preferred glass, always smiling, laughing and serving the perfect drinks!! Maria (pool towels) is such a beautiful lady, I was so happy to see she was still working at this hotel. Look after her, she is a gem!! Also shout out to Milla and Isaac (Barman) who work hard and the chefs at this hotel who served some really delicious food and desserts.
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

רוב אנשי הצוות היו חביבים, מחייכים ושירותיים מאוד, ובמיוחד צוות הניקיון שעשה כמיטב יכולתו. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת, גם אם זהה בכל יום. עגלת האוכל במהלך היום הייתה מוצלחת במיוחד והצ'יפס מצוין. אהבנו גם שהמלון ידידותי לבעלי חיים ושיש חתולים חמודים שמסתובבים בשטח המלון.

We had a week in the Leonardo Plaza for our moneymoon after getting married in early August 2026. We had the all inclusive deal and booked a Junior Suite with a private pool.

Overall we have an absolutely fabulous time - the hotel is very clean, staff very polite and friendly, and our room / suite / pool was excellent in every way.

I would advise anyone to book the 4 a la carte restaurants upon arrival - the Asian restaurant especially was really excellent.

The hotel has a really nice position on the coast, and the pool area is fabulous.

There is a wide variety of excellent entertainment, especially led by Anna who has boundless energy and brings a lot of fun to the proceedings.

Our only negative is that the sun lounger booking by the pool is really unecessary and means that it is hard to find a spot by the pool if you dont get into the whole German mindset of grabbing a sun lounger. Thankfully, our private pool arrangement made this less of an issue, but if you are staying in a regular room this could be frustrating.

We would also recommend to the hotel management that it is made clearer as to which executive lounge you have access to, as early on our stay, we found ourselves mistakenly using a lounge that we were then told we were not allowed to use.

It was also excellent, that on the day of departure, we were allowed to book a complimentary use of a room after we had checked out to shower / get changed etc after spending the afternoon in the pool before we left for the airport.

We would also recommend to anyone to get the bus from the airport to the hotel as it is super easy, and only costs 2 EUR per person.

Overall, we had a fabulous time and would love to go back one day.

Das Hotel ist sowohl von außen als auch von innen wirklich wunderschön. Besonders die Terrasse ein Traum – hier kann man mit Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und die Palmen frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Abends gibt es im Hintergrund einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang, während die Terrasse morgens noch angenehm schattig ist. Auch die Zimmer sind schön groß und bieten einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Pools – es lohnt sich definitiv, ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick zu buchen.Das Essen abends ist lecker. Wer allerdings den All-Inclusive-Standard aus der Türkei oder Ägypten gewohnt ist, wird die Auswahl hier eher klein finden. Dafür sind die Abendshows viel anspruchsvoller, als wir es bisher aus Ägypten oder von der Türkischen Riviera kannten (es gab unter anderem eine sensationelle Freddie Mercury Tribute-Show!). Die Cocktails in der Lobby-Bar sind klasse und der Großteil des Personals ist super nett – besonders der ältere Herr an der Rezeption war extrem hilfsbereit.

We stayed here for 7 days and it was the holiday of dreams! To start, the staff here are just amazing! All being so attentive, welcoming, friendly and just down to earth people. From start to finish we could not complain. Theo the man he is! Always finding ways to make us laugh and constantly up for a chat, he made our day! Also Evgenios, what a lovely man! You always made time for us, and also made great drinks haha! You both made our stay unforgettable. Maria, Nanchos, Ashish, and many more of you, all just lovely, genuine people. The hotel itself being lovely, again no complaints. Great restaurants, great nighttime entertainment, the club to the side of the lobby for an evening dance, pool side games, beach at the end of the pool, water sports, lots to keep you busy. Everything was always clean in the room. Will definitely be returning! I would recommend this hotel. Thank you all❤️

But this experience simply wouldn’t have been the same without Niko. He was like the manager we could always count on! He constantly checked if everything was okay and, whenever we needed anything — whether it was finding a table at an à la carte restaurant or a free sunbed — Niko was always there to help and somehow make everything work perfectly.

Niko truly took both the hotel and our holiday to another level. ⭐️ He is an absolute gem, and the hotel is very lucky to have someone like him.
