Chosen due to close location to Nippori Station so as to catch Skyliner to Narita
Pros:

Location was excellent only a couple minute walk from train station. Also, great location for catching the Skyliner express train to Narita Airport. Room was clean. Plenty of food options in the area.

Cons:

Rooms are only small - but you do come to expect that in Tokyo. Other than that it was good.

Cons:

Rooms are way too small. The samellest rooms I've been. Bathroom is tiny. Seriouly, we could bearly stand up in the room.
Bed is too small too, uncomfortable, with one side touching the wall.
Honnestly, go somewhere else for the same price.

Pros:

I use this hotel regularly when I'm in Tokyo. The location is convenient, within maybe 3 minutes(walking distance) of Nippori station. Staff are always amazing and accommodating, room are small (normal in Japan), and comfortable. No complaints.
