Would stay again!
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to two MRT stations, lots of shops nearby but on a quiet street. The staff were kind and friendly, able to answer all of our questions. And the breakfast that is included is actually such a nice bonus, even though Taipei is full of restaurants, it is nice to be able to just go downstairs and enjoy a relaxing breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff at the restaurant were also really attentive, and the menu changes from day to day.

Perfect location, comfortable room
Pros:

The location was very convenient and very close to one of the main metro line. The staff were lovely and hospitable. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. We had a balcony and used it several times in the evening for sipping soothing complimentary tea. The hotel serves afternoon tea to their guests and they have an interesting tea and dessert menu which I adored. We were very pleased with our stay. If we come back to Taipei, I will definitely stay there once more!

I only give a small advice maybe: Because we stayed for a week, I would love to have more wardobe space I could settle in to feel much more like a home. And maybe one small couch for relaxing or sitting makes the room even cozier since it already has the space.

Pros:

Wonderful place to stay! All the staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The place was spotless- loved the huge bed and the shower and bathtub! Breakfast was consistently delicious, appreciated the water fountain and soft serve in the lobby. Plus a really wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff was very kind and they offer complementary ice cream! Breakfast is really good and really fresh. The location is pretty close to the metro station

Cons:

It wasn't possible to completely close the glass bathroom's door. The acoustic insulation is not the best

Pros:

The location is superb, close to shopping, restaurants, train station, bus station, etc.
Staff is very nice, especially the manager, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, gave us a whole bunch of suggestions on where the locals would go or do, and gave us a little parting gift too. Very nice people!
Free afternoon tea, ice cream, coffee.

Cons:

There was this unshakable damp smell thru out the hotel, not pleasant. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about, but enough to feed you.
