Cons:

This was, without question, the most disgusting and unsanitary place I have ever stayed in. This property should not be accommodating guests.

The photos on Booking bear no resemblance to reality. The room was in terrible condition: old, worn-out furniture, mold, dirt everywhere, torn curtains, no refrigerator, and old, heavily worn bed linen. The entire room had a strong musty smell. Even after taking a shower, I still felt dirty because everything around me was so filthy. Staying in that room made me feel genuinely sick.

By the evening, cockroaches started crawling around the room—both small and large. It was obvious this was not an isolated incident. They clearly live there, and the infestation is not being dealt with.

We went to the reception and showed them photos of the cockroaches. At first, the staff said there was nothing they could do. We then requested a full refund, as we had not even spent a full day at the property. They offered to move us to another room, but after what we had already seen, it was obvious that changing rooms would not solve the problem. We no longer trusted the cleanliness or safety of the property.

After about an hour of arguing, the manager finally arrived and refunded the full amount in cash.

The fact that the management agreed to a full refund almost immediately, without trying to dispute the condition of the room, speaks for itself.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. It is not just a bad hotel—it is a filthy, neglected property that does not match its photos or description in any way. If you care about basic hygiene, cleanliness, or your health, do not book this place under any circumstances.

Nhân viên phục vụ chưa tốt, ngày 27 gia đình mình đến ks nhân viên nhìn rồi quay đi ko chào hỏi. Mình chờ cho nhân viên check in khách Tây đến trước sau đó nhân viên cũng ko hỏi han gì (lúc đó là 13h58). Mình phải chủ động hỏi nhân viên thì bạn ý mới mời check in. Mình thấy rằng làm ks thái độ phục vụ nhân viên là rất quan trọng. Mình hơi thất vọng. Mình mong rằng ks sẽ cải thiện phục vụ tốt hơn.
