Pros:

Granica sa Italijom je na 3 minuta. Isli smo u Trst na sladoled. Restoran hotela je wow! Porcija pljeskavice je za 3 osobe, za cenu od 9 evra.

Cons:

Samo nam je falilo kuvalo za vodu.

Pros:

Tiszta, rendezett, szép hotel. Kedves recepciósok. Tágas, nagy szobát kaptunk. Végre egy olyan hotel, ahol az ágy kényelmes volt.
A reggeli is választékos volt, bőséges.

La personnel d'hotel Prunk, n'a pas fourni l'acsess a la porte d'entrée du hotel lors de notre arrivé devant l'hôtel...
Sur notre appel au numéro indiqué devant la porte en cas de la porte fermée, la personne nous a dit que n'a pas de chambre pour vous malgré notre explication que nous avons bien reserve par Booking, et nous avons le numéro de la réservation reçu dans confirmation de la réservation... Elle etais aussi agressive avec nous pasque en lui a telephone a cette heure, et qu-elle nous a dit de aller chercher un autre hôtel...
Sur la porte d'hôtel c'était indiqué que la réception de hôtel est en service de 0.00-24.00h....
Tout ça c'est derouler a 2.00h du matin, lors de notre arrivé d'un long route fatigent (850km) , de la Suisse romande en Slovénie. Pour vous prouver tout ça, je posede les photos prise sur la porte d'entrée du hotel Prunk, et la conversation telephonique effectuer a cette heure là....
J'espère que Booking va prendre des mesures contre l'établissement Prunk, pour que ce reproduire plus vers les clients de Booking...
Merci de me faire signaler les démarches à faire pour la compensation des dommages qu-ils nous produite le personnel d'hotel Prunk, en passant une nuit blanc dans la voiture....
