Ideally situated for visiting the old town and other points of interest - 20 minutes walk to train and bus stations. Plenty of good restaurants close to the hotel.

It was a reasonably quiet area and quiet hotel. You can see the ladies cleaning tried hard to make it clean everyday - well done to them. They accommodated a few mins of late check out. The fact they had a breakfast was good but they could have done more on breakfast. They also had room for our bags after we checked out to allow us a few more hours in the central area before we travelled to the airport.
Food. It was too basic. I have never been at a s star hotel where they could not make effort for a proper hot cooked meal. It felt like all the meal was micro waved except for the pancakes which my family liked. Fried eggs/scrambled eggs would have just made it even better. Also, bed was small for two people. This is the smallest i have had it for a three star hotel. They could not even refill the water bottle (just one water bottle) in all three rooms. Also, i asked that the rooms be close to each other, this was not achieved as well as it could have been. They could not also afford to provide another juice except orange for those who don't like orange.
