De locatie beviel ons wel goed.

Cons:

Tijdens boeking had ik aangegeven dat de 2e. persoon jarig was tijdens onze verblijven. Toen ik daar kwam was daar niets bekend en niets te kunnen improviseren jammer genoeg.

Enjoyable, easy to pop back to the hotel for a break then go back into town

Location was good, just on the edge of the old town centre

Pros:

Air conditioning in room was working very well. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. The cheese and sliced ham were ok. Orange juice diluted, cold boiled eggs, beans from tin but over cooked and small sausages not eatable.

It was disappointing stay due to un-helpful staff and poor customer service

Cons:

States coffee machine in room…neglects to mention that, after the 2 complementary pods, you have to buy more from reception. Asked for water while waiting all day for a room to be ready, I was given a glass of warm tap water. I stayed wit( my son and had ordered a double room with single beds. They told me, at 3pm when the room was ready that it had a double bed and they had nothing else. I had to show them my reservation to prove I had requested it. It was only when I told them I would have to cancel that they managed to find a room with single beds.

Very good and would recommend.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, good location.

Cons:

Breakfast time booking slots, especially on the Saturday. We arrived at our allotted time to discover the all the tables had not been cleaned and most of the baskets/ plates of food empty. Young man manning the breakfast area seemed a little overwhelmed.
