Pros:

Cons:

I hope these challenges would be resolved since I have stayed here before.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was good and there was some variety. I received my Amazon packages without any challenges. The parking was available and secure. The facilities were clean there wasn't any significant wait time for the elevators.

Cons:

Upon entering the room there was no power and upon calling the front desk they indicated if I was comfortable checking the panel to see if any breakers were tripped. I did check, the breaker was tripped and I did a reset and power was restored. One day upon returning from our trip we realized that there was no power to the refrigerator and this occasion I checked the panel, found the breaker tripped and reset it. Unfortunately we had food in the refrigerator which we tossed out since we didn't want to take any chances that the food may have spoiled. We had three (3) pages to print and were told that both printers in the lobby were functional. The next morning the person at the desk offered to print it at the back office since she indicated that the printers were being upgraded but didn't know when it will be completed.

Close to NRG
Pros:

We stayed at this location because we were attending an event at the NRG Arena. The location was perfect. The breakfast each morning nice. Something for everyone and very convenient for needing to be out the door early. The staff was very helpful and eager to help/please. The lobby is a nice place to gather if you are traveling with a group.

Cons:

There were a few areas of my room that could have been a bit cleaner. A few tables that had not been wiped down and mystery stuff was left behind.

It's the company that made the difference!
Pros:

Diana-she is a longtime resident at the Staybridge and we will be back just bc of her!!! We normally stay at the Rotary House (MD Anderson hotel), but meeting Diana (and Sharon) at our first night's 'social hour' was absolutely the best.

Cons:

Being a bit OCD, having barstools that didn't match in the room and a strange orange 'footstool' (that looked like an old timey shoe store stool), was a bit off-putting Other than that (and that was really nothing) it was great!!

Staff member who checked me in young gentleman giving me a hard time checking in like if I was at the wrong location after that the attitude spiraled downward i was thinking about it twice whether to stay there or not
