La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable.
El agua caliente tarda a salir. Las habitaciones son un poco oscuras. Falta la opción de tener luz del día, porque en las habitaciones solo hay una ventana-puerta que tiene vista directamente a la ventana-puerta de otra habitación

La atención de recepción
Las almohadas tenían cabellos de otros huéspedes, al destender la cama más cabellos, el colchón no tenía protector y en lo personal me dio asquito, la habitación olía a sucio, las toallas si limpias pero viejas descocidas de las orillas, me dio tanto asquito que dormí sobre la colcha tapada con las toallas.
Tenían muy buenos comentarios y me desiluciono.

La habitación era muy oscura. La cama y almohadas de la habitación kingsize eran bastante incómodas. La iluminación de la habitación mejoraría mucho con luces cálidas.
