Disappointing
Pros:

The location was pleasant and provided a nice base for our stay

Cons:

. However, communication was disappointing, as staff were often unresponsive to messages and requests.

The hotel’s restaurant was closed during our visit, which meant we had to travel into town for meals. Our room was on the second floor, and there was no guest elevator available—only a service lift—which made accessing the room less convenient.

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned to the standard we expected, and the breakfast was fairly mediocre with limited appeal.

Overall, while the location was good, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations.

Escolhemos o hotel,.que fica numa area rural, longe da cidade, porque dizia ter restaurante.
Depois de reservar fomos comunicados que o restaurante estaria fechado. Tentei cancelar. Nem o hotel nem o Booking sequer responderam minha solicitação.
Lamentável!
Não é um hotel. É um local de eventos com alguns quartos para hospedagem.
Não tinha eventos, não abriram o restaurante, mesmo tendo hóspedes.
Quando chegamos encontramos o hotel vazio e fechado. Entramos em contato.
Uma pessoa veio, liberou o quarto e foi embora. Ficamos sozinhos no lugar.
Lamentável.
Tem elevador, mas é de serviço.
Tem restaurante, mas fechado.
Foi uma péssima experiência.

1. il ristorante CHIUSO. Su booking ampliamente pubblicizzato ma chiuso a tutti gli effetti. Dietro espressa richiesta l'albergo ha risposto che il ristorante in effetti è chiuso solo in certi giorni. La pagina di booking li smentisce ampiamente...
2. un gatto che girovagava per le stanze (solo esterno). Purtroppo non è un posto per chi soffre di allergia al pelo dei gatti, come il sottoscritto.

Le charme et la tranquilité à côté de la ville

Emplacement idéal, proche de la ville d'Asti, mais au calme, à la campagne, cadre bucolique, des produits agricoles locaux, à 1 km, personnel très agréable, le restaurant excellent, je recommande l'adresse.
