The staff was very friendly and so attentive to my request. Thank you staff. ❤️
Aircon is not so cold, phone is not working. (But gladly it was fixed) No welcome water. Wifi is so slow. At first staff wont give me duplicate keycard. She said will just ask them to open it when needed too. But then, I ask again then need to pay 200 which is refundable.

I booked this hotel for my family, and they had a great stay. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with an accessible location that made getting around Iloilo easy. Highly recommended!
