Pros:

Muy buena posición, en una zona tranquila y cerca del parque de Ueno y de varias líneas de metro. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy limpias y nuevas.

Great rooms and great staff, all at a great price
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. The location was great, quiet but still close to good train lines and activities in Ueno. The rooms were also really nicely furnished.

Cons:

Floor space was a bit limited for two suitcases, but there are spaces under the beds to store them when not in use. Overall, nothing put us off and we’d happily stay again.

Pros:

all the things is good.
Clean, very good service, facilities are good also.
The place location are very convenient.
There is late supermarket nearby, and close to JR station.
I will book to this place again for my next Tokyo trip.

Cons:

The only one weakness is not close to Skyliner Ueno station, so when u check out and heading to airport, it spend me lots of power to walk to train station with my full load heavy luggage.
