Basic accommodation in an excellent location
Pros:

The pool area and pool
were nice. The gym was ok but needs maintenance

Cons:

The accommodation in the villa was old and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The shower was old and not in good working order. The villa needed a good clean. The front of house staff were difficult to communicate with

Excellent amenities and setting
Pros:

Delighted as usual by the setting amidst nature at short distance from the beach. Our superior Villa was a big and comfortable house with lots of space, light and resting areas. The large couch was particularly appreciated.

Cons:

an issue of duplicate charge occurred; then was gracefully settled by the Manager of the hotel.
