Staffs and services are really good
The room scent just doesn't suit my favorite, and the toilet didn't have a sprayer (even though they are using a smart toilet here, i think many people like me still need the bidet sprayer)

Stylish, modern hotel in a good area kinda halfway between the tourist spots and residential part of Hanoi. The interiors were nice and there's a proper Japanese-style toilet with a bidet and all the bells and whistles! Not too many options for breakfast, but you can order a fresh bowl of pho along with eggs your way. Beds were comfy, WiFi was strong, and there's a small gym on the rooftop level.
We took the city view room at the end of the corridor and it was a bit hard to shut the curtains because you had to pull them behind the desk. There was also a faint urine smell in both bathrooms, plus when you take a shower, water would pool by the side of the bath tub and drip all over the floor.

Good standard hotel, but the staff Emily and Aiden was really nice. They thoroughly helped me with laundry and sim card issues. Location is further away from old quarter but I like it better this way cause old quarter can be overwhelming.

Everything! The staff and property are amazingly good, delivering more than I expected on flexibility. Perfect for a short stay in the center of Hanoi. I thought it was more business-focused, but it turned out my nephew and I also had a great time. Definitely coming back when I'm around.
