Un'oasi di pace e bellezza a Siem Reap
Pros:

Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente, premuroso e gentile. Dopo una giornata di camminata tra i templi, la piscina è stata una vera manna dal cielo. La camera era super pulita e il ristorante ottimo, pizza compresa. Il margarita cocktail era delizioso.

Pros:

Early check in was an issue, had to leave luggage at the lobby and go out... This is despite me making an early check in request while booking and the hotel having the room too.. they asked me to pay for the early check in.. although they accomodated after we killed a few hours outside.. location is good... But everything else was bad.. it's dated and run down

The door handles were loose, fan did not work, towel rack broke

Beautiful oasis in Siem Reap
Pros:

Este hotel es una auténtica maravilla. El personal es súper amable y los servicios que ofrecen son de primera. El restaurante del hotel es fantástico, con una carta muy variada y a precios muy razonables. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo y sin duda volveré!

An affordable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff, this is a great choice
Pros:

After a very unpleasant experience at another hotel, I arrived here around midnight. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and they had me checked into a room within 10 minutes. I finally had a comfortable room and was able to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious . The Wi-Fi is reliable, and it's easy to find a tuk-tuk nearby to get anywhere in the city.

Cons:

The toilet seat was never properly cleaned. There was also a used tissue with makeup residue left by a previous guest next to the sink. Despite the room supposedly being cleaned every day, it remained there throughout my stay. I found this very unhygienic and disappointing.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, giving you the feeling of staying in a small apartment instead of a standard hotel room.

Cons:

The toilet seat remained dirty throughout my stay. There was also a used tissue with removed makeup next to the sink
