اولا التكيف مايشغلو باستمرار جيهت الجلسات الى بالمسبح والسط قال كلام المدير بيوفرو كهرباء
صيانه زيرو تعبانه الباب الغرفه 5 مرات يسوي لي مفتاح الاستقبال اطلع مايشتغل انزل اخر شي اعطوني مستر كي الى يفتح جميع الغرف والله شي مافي امان لو الواحد مايخاف الله كان لف على طميع الغرف بحجه انو تنظيف وكلمت مدير الاستقبال بذلك
تطل شي يقلك ادفع الان مافي زي العالم تسجل على الغرفه
كنت انا وعايلتي على البتش المسبح الظهر وكيف مقفل وجراره وتطلب شي من الموظف يقلك الكفتريا هنا مقفل الى 4 ونصف واذا تبغى شي تنزل غرفتك وتطلب ويطلعولك هوا شي تعبان
اخيرا الاستقبال تطلب منه سرير يقلك بفلوس ومعنو ببكن مجانا كاتبين لاطفال الله المستعان الفندق بدا ينزل مستواه عن اول ماكان

الموقع ممتاز واستراتيجي والفندق جميل والغرف مريحة ونظيفه وهادئة والخدمات ممتازة من الاستقبال لخدمة الغرف لخدمات الحقائب والسيارة وإجراءات الدخول والخروج ما شاء الله سريعة جدا لم تتجاوز الخمسة الدقائق والموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين

لم يعجبني الروف صحيح أنه مقفل ويوجد الحلسات والمسبح الا أنه غير مكيف ولا يوجد حتى مراوح بالنسبالي صعدت أنا وابنتي أول يوم للمسبح ولم أستطع البقاء نصف ساعة بسبب الرطوبة والحرارة ..
أرجو الاهتمام بمنطقة المسبح لعمل بيئة جاذبة للضيوف بما أنه جدة سياحية ويأتيها السياح من أنحاء العالم وكثير يحبون السباحة
أتمنى أن يتم عمل تكييف ومراوح في منطقة المسبح للاستمتاع بأكبر وقت والجلوس في هذه المنطقة لسباحة الأطفال والكبار وبقاء الأهالي دون الشعور بالانزعاج من الحر والشمس أتمنى أن يؤخذ رأيي في سبيل الاعتبار وأن تكون زيارتي القادمة رائعة 👍🏻
