Teleurstellende service en gastvrijheid, prima kamer

Fijne kamer en goede locatie

Cons:

Het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk. Wij hebben een extra boeking gedaan van 3 nachten via hun website, maar kregen bij de receptie te horen dat dat helemaal niet kon. De boeking stond al, maar het boekingsbureau zou een fout hebben gemaakt. Er werd totaal niet meegedacht met een oplossing, we moesten maar zo snel mogelijk vertrekken en iets anders zoeken. Erg teleurstellend voor een hotel die zich promoot alsof ze een goede service aanbieden. We voelden ons niet welkom.

Pros:

施設も部屋も綺麗で清潔です。スタッフはリクエストにも応えてくれて皆親切でした。食事は野菜や果物が新鮮でとてもおいしかったです。繁華街から少し離れていますがtuktukで数分なので不便はありませんでした。

I'll definitely come back. Amazing value for the cost.

I really enjoyed my stay. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Nice TV and very peaceful surroundings. They have a Coi river all around the property and ground floor rooms. Front desk folks, housekeeping and restaurant staff did a superb job. I started off each day with breakfast at the restaurant, and it was always great.

10min walk to Aeon 1 mall, 2min walk to Bassac lane, room is decent, what else can you ask for.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderbaren Hotel.
Pros:

Dies ist ein erstklassiges Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit einem schönen Badezimmer und einem großen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Auch der kleine Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch prima, manchmal Buffet, manchmal a la Carte, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl. Man wurde jedesmal gefragt, ob man noch zusätzlich etwas zum Frühstück möchte, alles ohne Aufpreis. Wirklich erstklassig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit hier wieder übernachten.

Muy bueno!!
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias, la cama es muy cómoda y el baño también está muy bien. En cuanto a limpieza, excelente.
Además, la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer pub street, se encuentra cerca de restoranes ricos y económicos.
Respecto del desayuno, un poco simple pero cumple con lo necesario y tiene diferentes opciones, por lo que puedes elegir a tu gusto.

Cons:

Tuvimos solo 2 eventos aislados un tanto molestos, que no son responsabilidad del hotel. Tuvimos una lagartija en la habitación que cantaba de noche, y se escuchaba justo sobre la cama. Además, se nos metió un grillo a la habitación.
Para ambos casos el personal nos ayudó a intentar atraparlos, sin éxito. De todas maneras se agradece la intención de ayudar.
