Me gustó mucho que mi habitación estuviera perfectamente limpia y que la señorita de limpieza Alberta Pájaro nos dejaba agua en la habitación cada día, además de que todo lo dejaba perfectamente limpio y acomodado. El baño estaba impecable, siempre fue muy atenta e hizo cómoda nuestra estancia.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas. Está muy bien ubicado.
El servicio de valet parking podría tardar menos tiempo en entregar el coche.
el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable.
Me he hospedado cada año durante los ultimos 5, y en esta ocasión si me decepcionó que la calidad ha bajada notablemente. La limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, las toallas de verdad de pena... las almohadas viejas e incómodas, mas austero que mi última estancia.
Creo que son cosas muy fáciles de mejorar :(

The location was excellent for what we needed which was easy access to the university, and also to travel to all the local sightseeing spots. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Danny in the restaurant and our lovely cleaner on the second floor.
