Froid en hiver
Pros:

Idéal pour une nuit de passage sur la route. L’établissement offre tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne nuit, sans superflu.

Cons:

Il faisait extrêmement froid dans les douches et les toilettes, ainsi que dans la chambre. De petits radiateurs sont mis à disposition, mais ils ne permettent malheureusement pas de chauffer correctement toute la pièce.

Heureusement, il est possible de chauffer le lit grâce au chauffage intégré, ce qui est très appréciable pour la nuit. En revanche, dès que l’on sort du lit, il fait vraiment très froid dans la chambre.

L'hôtel doit être bien plus agréable en période estivale.

Pros:

I just needed a budget place to crash for a few hours on my way south from Auckland before catching a ferry. The night manager was very friendly and obliging even tho I didn't arrive till 11pm and had to get him down to open up. He had heated room and even the bed so it was ready for me to climb into. I don't usually stay at backpackers but chose to in this case and was not disappointed.

Pleasant, would stay again if passing through.
Pros:

Not the most extravagant room, but we expected that since the rooms are less expensive than others in the area. Room had clean linens, towels, body soap. There is also a shared kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge+freezer. Restaurant downstairs serves amazing food, definitely recommend anyone staying to have a meal there. The town is also nice to walk around in, went to the nearby theatre to catch a movie too.

Cons:

Another chair/table in the room, or some place to put things other than the floor.

Terrible would never stay here.
Pros:

Only thing that would have been ok was that it was close to where I was working.

Cons:

Checked in and when sheets opened it was dirty with hair through out the bed. No heater in the room even though it was going to be zero degrees. In the carpark there were 3 lots of broken glass from cars. I have a company ute full of tools. Did not feel safe. Lot of people hanging around. Informed reception that would not be staying as was not happy. Was told you will not be getting a refund. Tried getting a refund from Booking.com but as left in a hurry to find new accommodation forgot to take photos. Place looked nothing like the photos.

Great value, clean, warm and welcoming!
Pros:

We stayed in the room that has a private bathroom and it was great. The heater was on in our room, so it was cosy and warm when we arrived. The bed was comfy. Overall much better than I expected and great value. We picked up key from the bar as we arrived late and they were lovely. Really cool vibe, had a few drinks down in the bar. There were locals having a good time. Good music on the loud speaker. Highly recommend if you’re breaking up a long trip. Linen was clean and room spotless.
