Nicely styled room. Staff really friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe attached, lady in there didn’t speak much English but she was really great and we managed to communicate in broken Korean and broken English. Cheese on Toast was great there, Got discount for staying in hotel. Only stayed for one night but would stay again

The property is located very conveniently amongst many restaurants, CU, gs25, everything is within reach even the train station ! Everything is well kept and the owner is exceptional

La ubicación, el baño era espacioso y el colchón cómodo. El personal era amable.
Al llegar el vàter estaba sucio, como si alguien hubiese entrado después de limpiar y en la pared había un mosquito muerto que no limpiaron. Creo que falta un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza general.
La mosquitera de la habitación estaba rota.
Specious and modern bathroom. Helpful staff. Lot's of facilities around though we only used the laundry which was a simple process. Nice a close to the train station
1층에 먹어보고싶던 토스트집이있었는데 투숙객 할인도되고 세트가격이 합리적이라 좋았어요.
수압이 진짜 미쳤어요. 나중에 부산 올일이있으면 수압때문이라도 재방문할것같아요. 늦게 도착했는데 도착할 시간에 맞춰서 기다려주고계셨어요.
부산역에서 거리는 좀 있어요.
Friendly staff who were happy to help, easy access to trains, metro and buses. Fairly central to most main attractions limiting overall travel times.
Hotel is quite dated, some strange features e.g. desk with screen/keyboard but not chair. Lots of lights within the room off stuff on standby etc. The mattress was incredibly firm with a waterproof protector.
La chambre était très propre et très bien équipée. Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins et ont accepté de garder nos bagages avant le check-in mais aussi après le check-out, afin que nous puissions profiter de notre dernière journée à Busan avant notre départ en ferry. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un super séjour ☺️ Je recommande vivement !
Hola. La habitación estuvo bien, tenía amenidades como cepillo dental, jabón, shampú, acondicionador, etc. La cama estaba cómoda y espaciosa. Había un mini refrigerator. La habitación estaba limpia y a diario pasaban hacer la limpieza. Hay servicio de lavandería a muy buen precio y la ubicación es muy buena, a dos minutos caminando de la estación Choryang salida 12. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencias muy cerca.
El personal es amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Solo que la luz del baño no funcionaba, pero no fue un gran problema para mí, pero quizás para otros viajeros sí sea inconveniente. También un día estaba durmiendo y a las 4 a.m se prendieron las luces y sonaban los botones.

Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con dos dormitorios en el Hotel Gray, y la experiencia fue muy satisfactoria en general. La ubicación es excelente, con muy buena conexión al transporte público.
Cada día nos repusieron toallas limpias y botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, un detalle muy práctico que agradecimos mucho con el calor del verano además del aire acondicionado (1 por habitación). Las camas eran cómodas y pudimos descansar bien tras nuestras jornadas de visitas.
El baño incluía una bañera de hidromasaje, que aunque no funcionaba del todo bien (algunos chorros estaban rotos), seguía siendo un plus para relajarse al final del día.
O hotel é muito bom ,confortável e ótima localização . Tudo novo e com uma caixa de cortesia com muitos produtos úteis . Anexo tem uma cafeteria comcumccafe da manhã muito gostoso e ótimos preços . Adoramos nossa estadia ,conforto ,limpeza e ao lado do metrô e com 2 lojas de conveniência ao lado .
