Easily accessible
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially the two young ladies Trishu and I forgot the spelling of the other lady. The doorman always had the friendliest smile on his face

Cons:

The bathroom basin leaked water on the floor and shower as well. The shower was a design I was told. The breakfast whould included more variety for guests who do not eat beef and pork

We are a family of 6. We stayed 6nights. Staff was great! They also helped us regarding our transports/tours around
Pros:

Hotel was close to the beach. 3-5min walk to My Khe. Hotel on a budget. Wifi was good. There were mini marts , restos and coffee shops near the hotel. (Dalky cafe was so good!)

Cons:

Hotel needs an update or retouch. Photos doesn’t really match when we saw the rooms in person. Even the rooms were a bit out dated. Pool was located on another hotel, backdoor access then elevator to the 12th floor, stairs to 13th floor for the pool area. Sometimes there were construction noise early in the morning.

Hotel needs improvement.

Pros:

We were given a beautiful and spacious room with a large and lovely bathroom. The hotel is a little older and may need some additional maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a small rooftop pool, which is perfect for a quick refreshment. The hotel also offers an excellent BBQ in front of the property.

La posizione vicina al mare

Cons:

È stato uno dei soggiorni più snervanti che mi sia mai capitato di vivere.

La prima notte ci è stata assegnata una camera adiacente a un cantiere, dove i lavori di demolizione con il martello pneumatico sono iniziati alle 6:00 del mattino. Come se non bastasse, la stanza era priva di tende oscuranti, quindi già dalle 5:00 la luce invadeva completamente la camera, rendendo impossibile continuare a dormire.

Il giorno successivo ci è stata cambiata la camera, ma la situazione è addirittura peggiorata. La nuova stanza aveva come “finestra” una vetrata con pellicola oscurante affacciata direttamente sulla sala colazioni. Dalle 5:30 del mattino il personale iniziava a trascinare tavoli e sedie per preparare il servizio e, dalle 6:00, si aggiungeva il rumore continuo degli ospiti. Letto credo di 20/25 anni fa che cigolava come se stesse per rompersi ad ogni minimo movimento, materasso.. lasciamo perdere! Come se non bastasse, proprio di fronte alla porta della camera, a circa 30 cm dal letto, si trovava il magazzino delle cameriere ai piani: porte che sbattevano in continuazione, carrelli trascinati e un via vai incessante.
Il risultato è stato devastante: siamo ripartiti letteralmente distrutti, dopo tre notti insonni. Non siamo mai riusciti a riposare.

Anche la colazione è stata una grande delusione. L’offerta era quasi esclusivamente orientata ai gusti occidentali, con una scelta estremamente limitata e addirittura priva di frutta fresca trovare due fettine di anguria e un pò di arancio mentre in altri hotel qui in Vietnam abbiamo sempre trovato ananas, mango, frutto della passione, melone ecc. Ma ciò che mi ha lasciato davvero senza parole è stata l’assenza del latte fresco: per la prima volta in vita mia – e dopo aver viaggiato in lungo e in largo per il mondo, anche in villaggi sperduti – non ho trovato del normale latte da aggiungere al caffè.

Great value for money and excellent customer service
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, booked events and transportation cheaper than most places

Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the daily housekeeping, the friendly staff, the tasty breakfasts with a good selection of dishes, and the excellent location near the wonderful My Khe Beach. I consider it good value for money, and the neighborhood is great too. Overall, however, you would rate the stay very positively

Cons:

I didn't like the poor lighting by the mirror or the fridge, which cooled very poorly—less effectively than the room's air conditioning.

Para mi fue estupendo, lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera estar cerca de playa en Da Nang

La habitación era espaciosa con dos grandes camas, un baño completo y grandes ventanales al exterior.
La ubicación es excelente, a una manzana de la playa y a cuatro minutos andando de una zona de ambiente cervecero muy majo

Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn, việc lưu trú tại khách sạn cho mình cảm giác rất thư giãn.
Pros:

Đồ ăn sáng ngon, đa dạng, vừa miệng. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình nếu mình có thêm yêu cầu, thí dụ chiên trứng đậm đà hơn hoặc bổ sung thêm gia vị. Không gian ăn uống rất sạch sẽ thoáng đãng và ấm cúng.

3’ walk from the beach with a very nice staff especially the doormans (++ for the older one)

Just an ok place to stay
Pros:

Very clean and the staff were friendly. Good shower pressure.

Cons:

Noise from the DJ on Friday night was very loud but thankfully only until 10pm. The beds were very solid. We didn't like breakfast on the first day so we didn't go to it again. Images on booking.com make the rooms look much bigger and the pool too.
