Good value for money with nice location
Pros:

The staff was always ready to help. If you want a beach vacation, this hotel is in great location, just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the beach. The room was ok for the price and the location. City and main attractions reachable 15-20 minutes by car (Grab).

A special thankyou Tuyen at the front desk,who is incredibly friendly,professional and always went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.The breakfast was simply magnificent.Trinh, Trang and Dhuong provided exceptional service with beautiful smiles making every breakfast a memorable experience.The food was fresh, delicious and presented to a very high standard. This my 5th booking at the hotel,so i know its good .I absolutely loved my stay at palazzo luxury hotel

Was noisy at night being at the front of the hotel facing the street till around 1am before the noise eased. Breakfast doesn’t really cater well to western culture it is very much eastern style and limited choice. Basic

I had a wounderful stay at palazzo luxury hotel and bistro .A special thankyou to Tuyen at the front deck ,who is always professional and incredibly helpful.
The restaurant was outstanding. Trinh,Trang,and Dhuong provided excellent service and the food was delicious . This my second stay at the palazzo in six months .The staff here treat you like family

Pros:

飯店人員友善，會幫忙推行李到房間，可以提供任何服務及租一整天機車大概4美金，可以換匯及叫車等，早餐有簡單的自助吧及煎蛋選擇。走路到沙灘很快，附近餐廳按摩及商店林立，位置算很方便

Cons:

換匯服務，匯差較大會跟你喊價，不過還是很差可以去附近換就好，圖方便您可以選擇兌換。一進房間什麼都很舊大概15~20年以上的設備，床頭沒插座，其他評論上也有人提到的問題都沒改善，住進去體感更舊。隔音效果不好，晚上外面放音樂會吵，不過10點後會陸續停止，早上7點又有施工再吵，會建議早點睡沒辦法讓你賴床睡到自然醒。整體來說會想多花錢住附近較新的飯店或較遠更新的飯店再坐車到附近沙灘就好。退房會給你寫評論，體驗不佳會請您不要再網路上評論，這應該是飯店要改善或改建而不是逃避，不過可能其他人可以接受這種缺點。對於花時間找飯店的人需要各方面評比再決定

Easily accessible
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially the two young ladies Trishu and I forgot the spelling of the other lady. The doorman always had the friendliest smile on his face

Cons:

The bathroom basin leaked water on the floor and shower as well. The shower was a design I was told. The breakfast whould included more variety for guests who do not eat beef and pork

We are a family of 6. We stayed 6nights. Staff was great! They also helped us regarding our transports/tours around
Pros:

Hotel was close to the beach. 3-5min walk to My Khe. Hotel on a budget. Wifi was good. There were mini marts , restos and coffee shops near the hotel. (Dalky cafe was so good!)

Cons:

Hotel needs an update or retouch. Photos doesn’t really match when we saw the rooms in person. Even the rooms were a bit out dated. Pool was located on another hotel, backdoor access then elevator to the 12th floor, stairs to 13th floor for the pool area. Sometimes there were construction noise early in the morning.

Hotel needs improvement.
