Une promesse non tenue qui a impacté notre séjour dans cette jolie capitale
Pros:

L’emplacement est un réel atout pour cet établissement. La décoration, le restaurant et le rooftop sont de beaux espaces de convivialité. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment complet. Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

Le bruit dans la chambre au 6e étage à cause de la partie privatisée en dessous. Impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin le vendredi soir et la samedi soir. Au 8e étage c’était un peu mieux. Aucune mention au Check-in pour le choix des chambres sachant qu’à notre arrivée à 17h la chambre twin n’était pas disponible avant 20h (chambre prépayée). Il nous a été proposé un late check-out mais ce n’est pas suffisant. À noter également les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas et la climatisation est réglée à 21 degrés. Une expérience mitigée en ce qui me concerne c’est dommage !

Ideale plek, fijn hotel!
Pros:

De centrale ligging midden in de bedrijvigheid is super fijn. Prima uitvalsbasis gebleken! Er heerst altijd levendigheid en de receptie was ook altijd bezet en vriendelijk. Skip the line voor rooftop Tak!

Cons:

Geen negatieve punten, de niet dagelijkse wisseling van handdoeken (op verzoek alleen) past niet helemaal bij het prijs niveau. MaAr zoals gezegd, verzoeken tot wisselen werden altijd gehonoreerd.

God beliggenhed. Godt designet, velindrettede værelser.

Cons:

På trods af at brusenichen havde en dør der kunne lukkes, sprøjtede vandet alligevel ud i resten af badeværelset under glasskillevæggen.
